We had a great experience shopping at Blessliz African Market during our weekend visit from Phoenix, AZ. The store was clean, well organized, and stocked with a wide variety of African groceries, spices, snacks, and fresh products that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere.
The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere felt warm and community-oriented. We especially appreciated the quality of the products and the reasonable prices. It was nice being able to find familiar foods and ingredients.
If you are looking for authentic African products and friendly service in the Dallas area, Blessliz African Market is definitely worth visiting. We will gladly shop there again on our next trip.

A few things cost more than expected, but they carry many varieties you won’t see in similar stores.
I was skeptical at first because it was my first time getting food here at a market. Although the food is prepared in advance and stored in the fridge, I must say, when I got it home and heated it up, it tasted as if it had just come out of the cooking pots! The Efo Riro was spicy with bold flavors and absolutely delicious! The pounded yam and Plantains were made fresh and were perfect. And, oh, the moi moi with fish...I couldn't stop eating it! I also got chin chin. I will be back to try the egusi and jollof rice. Thank you for such delicious food.

I love the varieties of drinks that you can’t find at any store and groceries to choose from. Beautiful clothing. I’m new and excited to trying and learning the African style of cooking and ingredients. I tried the beef meat pie 🥧 and it was sooooo flavorful and very delicious 🤤 The best price for a meat pie…it was a little over $2. Amazing 🤩 deal. I also had a ginger beer with ginger nuts for dessert. Yes😃 I love ginger 🫚I loved the price for everything which was under $10 all together. Everything was so good that I wanted to go back in to get double portions. Thank you David for being such a kind soul☺️ very welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. I recommend this place for anyone who wants good food and great ingredients. I can’t wait to go back.
