Hey! Boba Bros is an AMAZING place to get food! The food was delicious, the service was a bit measly, but the atmosphere was cute and gave literal lofi vibes! I think you should try this place! My overall rating is a 4.5 out of 5.

I really wanted to like this place, I love boba tea, but this place is just plain awful! How it has 4.5 stars is beyond me! First off I’ve tried this place 4 times now, and each time I order a milk tea less sweet with extra ice. The tapioca is inconsistent every time. Also when I get my drink it’s lukewarm, who wants a lukewarm milk tea? I’ll ask for extra ice and get like 5 ice cubes. The sweetness level is way too sweet. The young lady who assisted me was very nice but the quality of this drinks here just suck! The quality of the tea is severely lacking!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. And by somewhere else I mean not the area. All the boba tea establishments in this area aren’t up to par which is a huge disappointment

Best Boba in town. Everything I've tried here is just amazing. The mango slush, mango green tea, lychee slush, lychee green tea are all amazing. Their popcorn chicken is also freaking amazing: tender and juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks, we're the only people here when we ordered. Everyone who came after us got their full orders before us. Waited 20 minutes for popcorn chicken and an order of potstickers. There's one girl making the drinks and I think she's working the kitchen too. There needs to be another person here. Just bad service, and the chicken wasn't fully cooked in some pieces. Really disappointed.

Ordered two drinks at 5:14pm today from the Indian girl at this establishment. She told us it would be 10 minutes. We agreed knowing my time constraint.
By 5:30pm I still hadn’t received my drink but had to go pick up my daughter while my son was there waiting for my drink. When I returned at 5:40pm, still no drink. I asked for a refund the staff was so inadequately trained (as demonstrated by her inefficiency), she didn’t even know how to process a refund to a consumer.
She had to get on the phone with the owner, whom I spoke with, and he said he needed my name and phone number to process the refund due to the point of sale system. He made it sound like he could process the refund immediately, but after he got off the phone the female staff said the owner is coming in and when he does he could process the refund.
What kind of fly by night business is this making the consumer rely only on the word of the owner and staff that the refund WILL at some later time be processed versus at the time of the request. This was a horrible experience and do not anticipate going back, nor will my friends and family.

It is a decent place for Boba Tea. The service is a bit slow (only two customers in front of me), but It took 15 min to get my two orders. The drink was a bit too sweet for me. The bobas were still warm in the cup when we got it.
