Our server was terrible. He kept taking away food before we were finished. The prices are in the range of most high steak houses, but we were not pleased with the quality. We have had better steaks at other places. We decided to try them for 47-year anniversary and were really disappointed. But I will give KUDOS to the manager. I am not one to normally complain but when the server took the plate from my wife when she was still working one her vegetables and gave a snide remark...
We celebrated birthday twins and had a great dinner. The filet, Mac and cheese, redfish were all excellent. Our server was very attentive and the manager also stopped by the check on us. Overall very nice experience
Our waiter was excellent. I ordered a prime rib to be cooked medium rare. It came medium to medium well. The Manager offered to replace it but I declined. To his credit, I was not charged for the meal. My son ordered the pork chop to be cooked medium to well. It was well+ and dry. He did not bring it to the Managers attention. The noise level was very high. We had a hard time talking to the waitress and each other.
