Everything was amazing. Our server Brian was possibly the best server I've ever experienced. He went above and beyond, offering suggestions and anticipating our preferences before we asked. Overall experience was fine. We have been to Bobs several times; however, this time the steaks were frankly mediocre. Very chewy, difficult to cut and just not as good as the past. This was across the board on cuts (bone in ribeye, 2x 12oz Filets, waygu bone in ny strip) not sure why.
We are regular customers at Bob's Steak & Chop House and we have always been satisfied with our experience here. The filet mignon prime ribeye, and bone-in ribeye are our favorites here.
