Amber, an older lady that looked to be in her late 50s or 60s was extremely rude upon handing us our ice cream. We ordered two single dip ice cream cups and were only charged for one, after seeing our receipt and pulling up to the second window we asked to be charged for the second one and she snatched the card out of my husbands hand and slammed the window in his face. This is the worst behavior I have seen from an employee at a fast food place and all of the other one star reviews that I saw before posting mine are absolutely spot on. The attitude was extremely unnecessary over an ICE CREAM. I had two small children in the car that will probably have nightmares of this lady from now on lol.

I went on a Sunday ordered from drive thru Grilled Chicken BLT (cheese was solid didn't melt at all) with fries both were cold. Went back within the same week, ordered the same thing but went inside and it was fresh, hot and sooo good.
