Great service!!
I was visiting from Arizona and was told to go to braums by family in the area. The service was great, the food was good. However, I am DISGUSTED by the locals of Mckinney. There was a line out the door, my family and I waited patiently but the people in front of us were complaining nonstop, while there were clearly only TWO people. LET ME ADD that the employees tried their best to be friendly even after having a whole line.
I typically don't write reviews but felt that people should know just how entitled the locals are.
Today we tried eating at Braum's. We have had their ice cream, but decided to eat there today. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was great! The burger was very good, the vegetables were fresh and the patties cooked perfectly. My new go to for a burger!
Maribel was super nice and Heidy made sure I had all I needed. Asking if I needed a cup carrier and sauces. Both had a smile and a great tone of voice. Awesome service
They know how make best biscuit and sausage good soda nice people
