I don’t leave many reviews. I have traveled extensively and tried many bakeries from France to Japan to California. I was a little apprehensive about traveling some distance outside of Dallas to get to their bakery. It is out a bit in a suburb/small town. However, their items are wonderful. Nice crisp outside and tender/flaky inside. They can stand on their own against any Parisian patisserie??!!!

What a gem we found on our Date Day in downtown McKinney!! Not only was the smell amazing as we opened the door, but the clerk at the counter couldn't have made us happier to be there! She said she had been a customer for years before working there and loved it. So she decided to work there!By the time we got there (around 10:30 am), much of the "good stuff" was already sold. The guy behind us told us "They make the best bread in the state of Texas" and we have to agree after choosing a croissant and pastry with cheese and onions. We will definitely be back....loved everything about this place!

This is THE BEST French-style bakery in the DFW area. I’ve tried them all - Carte Blanche, Village Baking Co, etc - but Bresnan’s quality and taste is far superior! Every item - savory and sweet croissants, cookies, etc are SO DELICIOUS and always FRESH! You can tell that each item they make is done with love and care! Their staff and store are very welcoming and friendly too. My only wish was that I lived closer to their bakery!

Genuinely one of the best almond croissants I’ve ever had. The owner was so nice too. If I lived in the area I would be here all the time!

I can't tell u how much I love this place!!!!! There is a large staff of enthusiastic, smiling artisans working in view, just behind a short glass wall w good music playing & wonderful light pouring in. My cashier was so passionate about all the various creations. The choices of pastries is glorious and it's almost impossible to choose from. I spent a little time deciding between the Vegetarian Mushroom & Goat Cheese Quiche (deep dish) and the Winter Citrus Pastry w Yuzu Pastry cream in the middle. I got the Winter Citrus Pastry. It was perfect, unique and artistic. I will be back weekly for sure.

First time I tried their pastries was at Fount Board & Table and was excited to find out where these delicious treats came from! Highly recommend! Our favorites the berry muffin, any of their croissants and the coffee cake! Plus the entire team has been super friendly when we stop by! Freshly made pastries that taste heavenly!

This place is astoundingly good. On par with the best breads and pastries I've had around the world. I go here every Saturday with my kids and they are so kind and welcoming to us every time! Enjoy the delicious standard offerings or go for something a bit unique, you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to grab some hot chocolate for the kids!

I work up in the McKinney area and when I have early mornings, it's nice to have some sort of coffee shop open in the area. This is one of the coffee shops that is open this early in the morning and let me tell you it does not disappoint! The coffee is delicious! Simple options, but sweet and savory I also tried their French onion soup danish, which sounds a little bit overwhelming, but is actually absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be trying their other options throughout the year, might have to swing back by before I leave the area to pick up some bread for dinner.

First time visit here. I bought a loaf of the classic sour dough! Very good! I've been looking for a sour dough that had a tang and I found it here. Also tried their butter croissant--so flaky and delicious. So many beautiful pastries offered I had difficulty walking away without buying more to try. But, there's always next week!

I have tried this place many times and each time it gets better! What a gem for McKinney, Texas! The butter they use is so high quality european which makes the pastries stand out way higher than the other bakeries! I recommend to get there early before everything is gone!
