Buffalo Wild Wings

We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney! Our server, Schenika, was absolutely amazing and so sweet — she really made our visit enjoyable and took great care of us from start to finish.

The food was on point. The buffalo chicken dip was bomb, the burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious, and the tots and fries were cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and tasted great.

I had noticed some of the recent reviews weren’t very good, so I was a little hesitant, but I’m glad we gave it a chance. Maybe it’s a good thing we skipped the wings after seeing some comments about feathers, because the food we ordered was excellent and we had zero complaints.

Great food, amazing service, and a really positive experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the worst BWW there is food always suck and staff not friendly

Just tried taking my family there for wings , waited 5 before leaving . All the girls there just stared, and walked past us like we were the problem . I’m sorry we were hungry and you had to work.

The day was Soooo slow. Empty tables everywhere and we’re just standing 30 minutes waiting to get seated while workers are watching us . Ridiculous ☠️☠️☠️

I came here for my birthday wings and was given the wrong information about the buy one get one free offer. We were told it can be applied on mobile orders, but it was dine in only. I also ordered Nashville hot, and was given hot wings. They put a Nashville hot sticker on the box of hot wings as the ‘ correction’. Do not recommend this location.

Tuesday night, party of 4, 5:30 pm arrival. Mostly empty, seated within 10 minutes. Waited AWHILE for a waiter, ok. Got the appetizers ordered. Then the drinks —water and soda— waited about 15 minutes for them. Then ordered the food- one burger, 3 wing orders. 20 minutes later meals arrive, well part of them. Wings overcooked but edible. Reminded waiter about appetizers . Eating spicy Hot wings should at least offer waiter to check on our drinks. Pretty empty room - maybe 3 other tables occupied in the whole main floor area. My husband had to get up and take his glass to the wait station by the kitchen to get a drink. The rest of us just waited it out. He was told to go sit at his table and they would send somebody. Still waiting on the missing parts of the meal. I canceled mine as I already finished my wings. 1 person ordered dessert. It came as we were leaving the restaurant. Since we were already leaving , he took it back . We had to ask a random worker to provide us w a bill. Received the paper bill—no pen provided—Total time = 2 hrs. Bill = $90 plus tip
NOT WORTH IT TOO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO THAT OFFER BETTER DINNER.

PS, one of the guests we brought has been a restaurant mgr and after we got out he blew up about the whole mess. So inviting someone to dinner and getting this service in return sets me up for NOT SO HAPPY, as I suggested it.

Honestly one of the worst wing orders I’ve had. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated — dry, rubbery, and just sad overall. The wings had no freshness at all. As for the fries, they were rock hard, like they’d been sitting out for hours before being thrown into the bag. Nothing about this meal was worth the money. Super disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again. I hate giving bad reviews but this was well needed.

The past 4-5 times I’ve gone it just keeps getting worse. The food has not been great, the tables have been dirty, and the servers have not been attentive. It feels nasty in there and it’s not worth it when the food is not great and the service is slow.

The service was extremely disappointing. We waited for almost an hour during a time that wasn’t even busy, and the staff’s attitude was quite unacceptable. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience.

Everyone is rude, they pretend to be closed for two hours and they served disgusting non edible food. To the young rude guy who locked the door after making me wait 2 hours for my food, you’ll be easy to check, pay attention
