Buffalo Wild Wings

HORRIBLE !
Was not busy took forever to get drinks and food. There were 5 tables . Staff over at the bar area talking and goofing off while customers still wait for food and drinks. Our food came out completely wrong. Ended up just cancelling a couple of our orders because it was just ridiculous. Then we go to check out and can’t get anyone to even run our cards so finally we went over to the table of staff goofing off and this apparently just set them off. I also told them for the second time there is vomit in the men’s bathroom and women’s bathroom has no paper towels.

Manager was extremely rude to my husband when he told him all of the issues and finds it interesting that the manager never once came by our table considering all of the problems we had. As we are getting ready to leave staff start clapping. Why because we had to get up to ask you to do your job and finally had enough? One of the waitresses bean raising their voice saying we’re rude and started saying we need to be more understanding that bathrooms aren’t checked regularly when they are busy. They were NEVER busy !! That’s not an excuse when you have now been told multiple times ! And when you have staff sitting at a table on their phones drinking drinks and chatting it up!

My husband is in the restaurant industry, I was for years. Believe me when I say we have compassion and understand for people in the industry , when it is justified ! This was just pure laziness and disrespectful behavior towards customers. Don’t waste your money you will leave hungry and with a headache !

I’m a regular here and I originally posted a five star review. After tonight, I have changed my mind. I went in to get my to go order tonight and the girl working behind the to go desk was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She gave me dirty looks, had an attitude, and another girl working had to step in for her to help me because she was making them look bad. I am easy to please. I put in my usual to go order and I am in and out, the last thing I want while picking up dinner is some temperamental, juvenile individual giving me a hard time because I asked for blue cheese. I’ve had it with this location. They’re honestly rude and don’t even know how to do a simple job. I’ll go to the another location next time.

Not sure what happened to this place but it has definitely gone down hill. Our waitress was excellent but the food tasted like it was cooked in a fryer that hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Reminded me of Long John Silvers where everything tasted the same.

Such a wild experience. Zero urgency at this restaurant. Went with a friend and it took 10min for us to be greeted by our waitress. Then I finished my draft beer before my friend was even brought his canned beverage. My food comes out after a significant amount of time but my friends food is nowhere to be found. 20+ minutes later his food comes out. We ask for the manager who then comes over and when we nicely explained the situation responded with “well we are short staffed” and smiled. No apology, nothing further. Wild experience. This chain as a whole seems to be going down but this location specifically is hurting big time.

Yesterday, we placed an online order at it said it would be ready at 12:50 pm. We wait at the front for 20 minutes before someone comes over to help us and has a rude attitude and is passive aggressive even though our food was literally just waiting in the warmer for 30 mins

We walked in and didn't have a waiter at first. When she finally came, she tried to rush us to order our food. After we informed her we weren't ready, she walked to the back and didn't come back to check if we were ready. We had to get another worker, who was so sweet about taking our order and making sure we were okay! Although the food was great, our original waiter wasn't very warm or welcoming for the rest of the night. It was just weird energy.

It was not a great experience, food was not very fresh, fries hard, burger over crooked, sweet tea was not sweet, potrebbe waitress was taking care of whole dining area by herself.

We have also came to Buffalo Wild Wings but this time we were disappointed! No good customer service for the first time. My husband had to get the waitress attention for refills. Nobody was even in the bar section!

This location is definitely hit or miss. Every other order that I get is incorrect. When I ask for a wrap without cheese they tend to put cheese in it. Sometimes I order delivery and they forget fries or it’s the wrong seasoning on the wrap. Today I asked for mozerella sticks and they forgot the mozerella sticks when my order was delivered. The people who work there are nice, but they can never consistently fulfill my orders. If you order pickup, check your food before you leave
to make sure it’s correct.

For a wing place they seem really afraid of putting sauce on their wings, so the flavor is mid. Their ranch is the worst I have ever had. We go for the convenience and the atmosphere. A little more sauce on the wings and ranch that wasn’t worse than a grocery store purchase and this would be a 10 star!!!

Restaurant manager was unprofessional about the wings not be propositioned properly the bartender however was awesome so great service at bar

I got a couple of what looked like bad wings just didn't like the way they looked couldn't hear anything and nether did the waiter quality of food is just not what it used to be now I don't feel so good and 45 bucks for me and my wife to eat 10 wings union rings and a hamburger with tater tots just isn't a good deal

bww is delicious but last 2 orders from this location something has been wrong. still going to order from here since they are our closest location but will be mindful to inspect each box before leaving.
