Food was horrible this morning..So we ordered 2 number 2’s which is the bacon egg and cheese croissants with extra bacon. The hash browns was old and luke warm. And the eggs was over done. The bacon was half done..like if it was pulled too soon. And we only got 2 slices of bacon even though we paid for extra. The drinks was flat. The food was not worth $21. And the lady that took our order in the drive through was rude. And the lady that handed our food to us could care less about the issues. I will never, I mean never eat at this Burger King in McKinney again. Horrible customer service and just plain disgusting food. I the the store manager and shift managers need to start doing their job by maintaining this store better, before someone gets sick of food poisoning.

Place sucks. Can’t get order right. Asked for whopper jr with cheese and onion rings. Got whopper jr with no onion tomato or lettuce and fries. Ordered again, same order and got fries again instead of onion rings. Also noticed I didn’t get receipt either time.

Holy cow DO NOT GO HERE. Ive tried on a few occasions to go here and every time I've sat at the window for 5+ minutes. You can see people inside, but zero service. Avoid this place at all costs so they either have to shut down or get new managers.

Service was rushed and my burger was cold. I’ve never in my life just ordered a burger for it to come out cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted definitely disappointed.
