I never thought I would rate a Burger King but this burger I got a double whopper. It is the best burger I’ve had in months honestly taste as good as In-N-Out. I’m not joking.

This place is constantly slow and they do not give your correct change when you pay with cash. 7 out of 8 times I was shorted. They are stealing. I confronted manager, he refused to give me phone number of a superior and walked away. He was actually the one who shorted me almost everytime. I have a call into corporate but they probably won’t reply. Avoid this store like the plague.

My fav burger king for just mainly dining in and hanging out to eat and watch videos. The food came out quick and nicely cooked. The staff were very helpful (like when I forgot to add cheese after placing my order). Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Food was horrible this morning..So we ordered 2 number 2’s which is the bacon egg and cheese croissants with extra bacon. The hash browns was old and luke warm. And the eggs was over done. The bacon was half done..like if it was pulled too soon. And we only got 2 slices of bacon even though we paid for extra. The drinks was flat. The food was not worth $21. And the lady that took our order in the drive through was rude. And the lady that handed our food to us could care less about the issues. I will never, I mean never eat at this Burger King in McKinney again. Horrible customer service and just plain disgusting food. I the the store manager and shift managers need to start doing their job by maintaining this store better, before someone gets sick of food poisoning.
