I'm sorry but I hate this location. If you are reading this and you care about yourself and your money, avoid this place. This is the worst burger king in the DFW. They are guaranteed to mess up your order and they don't toast the buns here. I asked why and the employee at the window said they don't have a toaster. I came here on November 18 at 11 and the employees closed the restaurant early. I had to refund my mobile order. I've given this location as many chances as I can tolerate. I'm not coming back

Service is very slow. The whopper doesn't taste like meat i almost wonder if they are serving that fake meat. That should be disclosed upfront if they are. The sandwich barely had any lettuce and only one tomato.
For a 7 dollar sandwich, this is unacceptable. You cannot cheap out on the sandwich and then charge like its a premium product.

I have a job that ends around 11pm. Every time I visit here, they say they close at midnight, but theyâve been closing ACTUALLY at 11pm-ish for âpick your excuseâ. Tired of it. Just go to the Preston road location that respects their open and close times.
The staff taking drive through orders really need some help. I repeated my order at least three times but still got the wrong items. The coke was flat two times in a row. This place used to be much better

If youâre ordering any chicken fries I suggest you never pay for the 12pc, I have ordered the 12pc numerous times and have never received 12pc. Iâm guessing because they use the same box for 8pc and 12pc they only give you what they can fit in the box which isnât 12pc. One time I got 7pc, then a 9pc, this week they have been 10pc. Why do you sell something you donât provide? You guys owe me moneyâ
