Holy cow DO NOT GO HERE. Ive tried on a few occasions to go here and every time I've sat at the window for 5+ minutes. You can see people inside, but zero service. Avoid this place at all costs so they either have to shut down or get new managers.

Service was rushed and my burger was cold. I’ve never in my life just ordered a burger for it to come out cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted definitely disappointed.

While the service was commendable, the staff member exhibited a rather brusque demeanor. Had they featured jiggleyangs on the menu, my rating would undoubtedly have soared to five stars; alas, their absence was quite disheartening. I implore them to enhance their offerings in the future.

Who manages this place? It truly seems like there is no oversight or accountability for the night crews. This may be a franchise, but corporate needs to step in to make things right for their customers while protecting the brand. Read the other reviews!

Changing my 1 star review from 3 years ago to a 5 star review. Ordered around 10pm on a Sunday and the food was hot and fresh. Service was friendly and quick. They have definitely improved.
