One of the best burger king around dfw. Soda taste like real soda not sewage water like some other bk stores. Double whopper was good not sloppy. Thank u guys. Very professional.

The treatment of the employee who dresses in black is terrible, he could be the store manager, very poorly attended, rushing us to place the order, he does not pay attention and starts doing other things while we try to talk to him to request the sales receipt, finally Another person from the kitchen attended to me.

The man bun guy strikes again, why do we have whoppers and chicken sandwiches on the damn menu during breakfast hours if the man bun guy isn’t going to want to cook it? Who is in charge of this operation needs to address this immediately. Every morning I am able to order whatever I want on the menu but when man bun guy is there he’s just lazy you ask for something he starts by telling you how “long” it’s going to take because it’s breakfast. For Burger King advertising “have it your way” seems like it’s have it how man bun guy wants it.

Employee working at store number #21619 on January 26th 2024 at 12:43PM central standard time handed me an overflowing Red cherry freeze that was leaking really badly. The drink started drenching my car seat, steering wheel, and middle console with red food dye from the freeze. The employee that was apparently the manager on duty refused to even acknowledge what he did and was trying to only hand me back my credit card as I’m completely covered in the red dye now. I had to ask him for something to clean it and he proceeded to hand me just a single dry napkin and showed absolutely no remorse. The Burger King refused to give me the phone number to anyone higher up and I will be reporting this on the BBB. I will also send this review to every website possible unless this is addressed ASAP. My car interior is ruined from this staining.

Terrible service here from the guy with the girl hair “man bun boy” I buy the same thing from here every morning no issues. This guy tells me it’s breakfast time but you have whoppers on the menu that’s not breakfast. When he’s at the register might as well stay hungry man bun boy is too lazy to work no cars in the drive through and he couldn’t make my chicken fingers cause it’s breakfast. LolKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly if your kid is picky and only eats chicken don’t go when man bun boy is there he doesn’t care and will make your son wait until 10:30am to eat when “breakfast” is over
