Excellent, friendly customer service, and the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for something different than the regular cold cut, this is it. Cheesesteak BLT and wagyu sandwich were great. I will be back!

We eat at Capriotti’s in Las Vegas. We love the cheese steak sandwich. So happy this store opened in McKinney. The store is much newer and cleaner than Las Vegas 😅 and the foods is the same good Quality food as there. Great 👍!

The service provided by Mónica and Grecia was exceptional; they were consistently attentive and courteous. The French dip stood out for its excellent juiciness, and the hot peppers added the perfect finishing touch to the dish. I would gladly return every week, not only for the quality of the food, but also for the warm, family-friendly atmosphere that defines this place. Highly recommended.

Solid cheesesteaks everything is seasoned well and good ratio of meat to bread. Only wish the bread didnt get as soggy but otherwise would come again!

I went to eat at capriottis a couple days ago and the food was good but the cashier Grecia has a bad attitude with clients, I don’t think i’ll be back

I have at least a year going at least once a week to have my meatball sandwich for lunch and I always have the best attention, one Sunday a month I go with my family and they always have patience with my children they are extremely respectful and loving with them... I recommend this place to all my friends and my family, they are the best in the whole area

Tried this place for the first time and i was not too impressed. Ate half of my $20 medium sandwich and something just tasted off. Not sure if it was the mix of peppers, cheese, chicken, or the sauce but i just didn’t feel up to eating the whole thing…

The food was great the first time we went. This most recent visit, the container of fries was only half full. We ordered a salad that was mostly walnuts and had very little lettuce. I hope this was a flook because the food quality is usually great.

I was looking forward to trying out Capriottis after seeing some ads. Ordered the classic cheesesteak with hot peppers. The sandwich was really good and cooked well, although the bread was a bit cold. My issue is; I have a problem paying $14 for a SMALL sandwich with a water. Regardless of how good the sandwich is, I just can’t find the value in it. Lower prices and you may get more traffic.

I saw the cashier scratch her head at least 5 times and that’s unacceptable and gross,then she put my sandwich in the bag. I don’t think I’II be back

We had such a great experience at Capriotti’s! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, but what really made our visit special was Anna. She was so kind, helpful, and patient while we decided what to order. Her friendly attitude made us feel really welcome, and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Thank you, Anna, for making our visit such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!
