Excellent, friendly customer service, and the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for something different than the regular cold cut, this is it. Cheesesteak BLT and wagyu sandwich were great. I will be back!

We eat at Capriotti’s in Las Vegas. We love the cheese steak sandwich. So happy this store opened in McKinney. The store is much newer and cleaner than Las Vegas 😅 and the foods is the same good Quality food as there. Great 👍!

The service provided by Mónica and Grecia was exceptional; they were consistently attentive and courteous. The French dip stood out for its excellent juiciness, and the hot peppers added the perfect finishing touch to the dish. I would gladly return every week, not only for the quality of the food, but also for the warm, family-friendly atmosphere that defines this place. Highly recommended.
