Extremely disappointed by this store. Every time we’ve gone to this location it always takes an hour to order and eat and the crazy thing is it’s not even that busy - usually there are only one or two people in front of you in the line. However the workers are the problem. Today we walked in around 145pm - only one person in front of us and another closing out their order. There was only one person working the counter while the other 3 workers available were in a huddle by the drink station talking. We waited 10 extra minutes while they continued to chat. I actually got a couple of pictures because I was shocked of how disrespectful and unprofessional it was. This is how it is every time I’ve been here.. something needs to change. Save yourself an hour and go somewhere else to eat.

Went for lunch today bc I just love this place. It’s always delicious and the customer service is spectacular! Today Jai helped me out and she was so outgoing, smiling, and just looked like she was loving life and it made me happy, it was contagious. Thank you Jai for that, I’ll be back soon I love my bowl.

Food is delicious as it can be. For fast food chain is not bad at all. A great alternative to Chipotle, just a Mediterranean version.
Don’t order ahead for pickup if you have any tentative plans. I waited 35 minutes past the pickup time for the order to be filled
