The luci or lucki or whatever her name was (couldn’t see her name tag bcz she had it covered) that was taking orders on the left lane at 6:49 pm on 7-29-2025 has the worst customer service ever. Stayed at the little booth the whole time, didn’t come up to the window. Was talking super low so she was damn near impossible to hear. And had a horrible attitude . I love chick-fil-a but oh my was that the worst service I’ve ever received in my life.

Ordered through drive thru and confirmed my order 3 separate times got home and only had my husbands food, I went back up to the store and was barely offered an apology for the inconvenience. Specified again my order and that I wanted an extra dressing for my salad but it was right before close so I was trying to be quick made it home and still didn’t have my whole order. This seems to be the trend at a lot of the restaurants in this area.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but I have to give a special shout-out to their mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. The mac is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly baked on top—comfort food at its finest. And the nuggets? Always crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. Pair them with the Chick-fil-A sauce and it’s a perfect meal. Service is always fast and friendly too. Easily one of my favorite go-to spots!

I ordered four kids meals, each with a side of fries. Unfortunately, all four servings of fries were overcooked to the point of being hard to bite into. To make matters worse, while drinking her Sprite, my daughter felt something unusual in her mouth. She spit it out, removed the lid from her cup, and saw a bug in her drink. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location.
Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce and no tomatoes and got hit with a tomatonator.

This past Saturday morning, I stopped at this location and ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It is usually my favorite breakfast food on the menu. For the most part, I have had pleasant experiences at this location, however, on Saturday my burrito tasted like floral lotion. Initially I thought it was maybe just something I was smelling on the packaging. Then, I took a second bite and sure enough it was lotion on the tortilla. I was so grossed out I nearly threw up and obviously that breakfast went in the trash. It was such a waste of an appetite and money. I don’t know if I can trust to go back to that location after that. 🤮
