HORRIBLE service at the drive t. I’ve ordered several times through the mobile app and the service isn’t good enough, they take forever, they service the regular orders way faster than the ones who order on their app. If you want a faster service, I don’t recommend you using their mobile app.

A lady with a bad attitude told a delivery driver the bathrooms were only for paying customers. I thought this was a Christian establishment? I no longer want to order here.

I regularly go to this establishment and recently they haven’t been putting my soup in a separate bag and double bagging it from the rest of my meal . If this isn’t the standard please make it so! The soup leaks and I get sad😞

Great experience this past Saturday. My kids love the little books they give with the kids meals but lately it seems they are just giving out the games cards even though you put 3 and under for the toy. The cards just get thrown away cause they are too little to know how to use them. I asked Carrie ,who was going around seeing if anyone needed anything, to see if there was any way she could get them those little books. She didn’t say she would but that she was going to try. She did ended up getting them and my kids were so happy to finally get one! They have about 15 at home but they love them. Thank you Carrie for going above and beyond to put a smile on their face!
came in around 2 pm was dining in julie took my order her service was just not it seemed like she was just unhappy to be at her job i didn’t say anything just kept a positive attitude she handed me so many sauces saw i already had stuff in my hand and expected me to carry even more? came to my table waited for my food someone else came and brought our food her service was very nice i said thank you she said my pleasure brought me an extra container i needed she definitely fixed my experience here unlike the lady who took my order her tone everything just was not it.

Had a little trip out .. decided to have Lunch ! Great Food .. had a Chicken Sandwich deluxe .. hot and prepared great ! As a senior they give you a free Drink & small ice cream ? which was Yummy ! The Owner operator Don was very active.. talking to customers and checking to see everything was Excellent!
This Guy knows his stuff been with Chick Filet for 25 Yrs ! Also the Staff were very polite and checked up on me twice see if I needed anything!
I highly recommend this Chick ? Filet location !

I've never been inside this Chick-fil-A and sorry for not remembering her name, the name tag font was small. But the hospitality lady starts with a "C" she took the experience to another level for all of us parents. While the kids were in the play place she gave us ice cream, then for the kids.. Ice cream or not she made us laugh and made it seem like a full-service restaurant dining experience. There was someone always cleaning and the food was as expected, great. Thank you again, you made it an easy evening for us.
