Found a bug in my ice cream. Absolutely disgusting. They gave me a new cone rather than a refund. I had a hard time eating it because I kept thinking their ice cream machine has bugs in it. I don't care for their food, just came for the play area. Now I know to just completely stay away.

Order on the app, drive through pick up. Receive the order all wrong. Call location, Madison tells me in a few days a member service rep will call me…mmm no girl I want my food today which I pay for! Terrible!

I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for 2 Decades, dining at various locations across the country and in Texas. Chick-fil-A has consistently been the gold standard for food service, with excellent customer service and accurate orders. Unfortunately, my experience with the 6201 Eldorado Pkwy location has been the EXCEPTION.

Over the past three years, this specific location has had recurring issues with my orders. Approximately 20% of my orders have been incorrect—ranging from missing condiments, straws, and food items to mistakes with the actual meal. While I usually just ask them to fix the errors, it becomes a much bigger inconvenience with drive-thru or curbside orders. By the time I realize the mistake, I'm already home or on the road, making it impossible to resolve without an unnecessary trip back.

The most frustrating experience occurred today that has finally caused me to write a review. With their app, I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:20 AM and arrived at 10:34 AM. After entering my space number in the app, I waited for two minutes then got a notice that my order had been canceled. At other Chick-fil-A locations, when I've arrived shortly after the breakfast cutoff, they've always accommodated me. However, at this location, not only did they refuse to make the meal, but they also spent more time arguing with me than it would have taken to actually prepare a simple egg sandwich. This occurred during a slower business period, making their refusal even more confusing to me.

I love Chick-fil-A as a brand, but the consistent mistakes and poor customer service at this particular location have been beyond frustrating. If you look at most Chick Fil A locations they have a higher review score. The owner and his Father here seem like the best dudes, So I truly never wanted to pour it on at this location after seeing all their negative reviews. But when it feels like a business truly DOES NOT CARE is when I feel it is needed. I hope ownership will take these concerns seriously and work to improve the service quality, as going above and beyond is NEVER the wrong thing to do.

Every single order for the past 3 months have been wrong/sloppily handled. Latest incident was a bowl of soup packed under 7 items and smashed open, soaking the bottom of the bag/nugget/tender boxes.

Enjoy this Chick-fil-a quite a bit and often is my go-to choice for a quick lunch. Usually good attitudes and service. Had to downgrade after multiple visits have resulted in missing items in my order or getting handed the wrong order due to drive through lanes trying to merge in the wrong order.

We found a long piece of hair all tangled up with salad and I didn’t even realized until I felt something weird in my mouth. Spoke to a manager and she was supposed to refund or reward us and of course, nothing happened.

Yeah. Not coming here again.

Nothing but problems at this Chick-fil-A. My order is always wrong, 9/10 visits there is an issue. Ridiculous. I’ve been coming here years and never wrote a review but today was the last straw. This is Chick-fil-A! You have a standard and brand that you need to represent and others in the area seem to know how to do that but not this location.

I ordered at 11:59 arrived at 12:11, was delivered my coworkers drink order at about 12:18, I informed your associate that I had another order, he said he would check on it. At 12:30 I called the store, spoke with a team leader who couldn't find my order, but my mobile app at this point is showing it as a past order? I was offered to wait while the store remade my order, but after waiting almost 30 minutes I told them no thanks! I am just wondering why at that point the so called team leader didn't reverse the transaction? My bank is still showing this charge as pending. Y'all have ALLOT of nerve charging people for items they don't even receive.
