The recent 5 star reviews here are suspicious. This location is consistently rude, slow, and non-chalant. Orders are wrong or missing items nearly every time. This is literally the worst Chick Fil A i have been to in my entire 35 years. Downtown Dallas locations are better than the one in McKinney. Insane.

I've heard of chicken minis but this is a mini chicken mini. The picture some how makes it look bigger than it was. This place has countless times messed my order up and is more of a miss than a hit. Hope things change.

Came this morning and placed a curbside order. The app updated and said they were going to come out with my food, but 15 minutes later and they still didn’t come out. I had places to be, so I had to leave without my order and wasn’t able to cancel the order in the app because they were supposedly supposed to be bringing out my order. Ridiculous considering how slow it was.

Madison and her team 10.28.25 at 9:45pm were dynamite!!! They were kind and compassionate with smiles! An issue arose at another CFA in Mckinney at 75/380 that turned into an awful experience. This resturant manger, Madison on Eldorado listened, provided postive feedback regarding the otter location issue and did everything to provide CFA experience exceptionally. What they did showed value they place on repeat and happy customers. I'll back to location every time I what some CFA. Way to Go!!

Customer service was horrible. We ordered online asked for order to be ready at 10:30 i got there at 10:32. Manager said they through them all out. I’m not sure I believe that! But order was not ready and i waited almost 25 minutes for it to be ready. What’s the point in ordering with a time of pick up if they go bad after 2 minutes? Horrible. They didn’t want to even speak when I asked the question.
