I’d honestly avoid this Chick-fil-A and just drive to another location. I placed a mobile order way ahead of time and still waited much longer than I should have, even after checking in. While standing in the pickup area, employees seemed to avoid us instead of giving any updates, which was frustrating. By the time I finally got my food, it really wasn’t worth the wait. I’d skip this location next time.

Ordered ahead, checked in 4 minutes early to make sure food was prepared went through the drive-through gave my information and still had the way over five minutes for my meal while those who ordered in the drive-through seem to get theirs first so what was the point of even ordering ahead.

Absolutely worst place to stop on the way to work in the mornings. The service is extremely slow & customer service sucks. There is no process for a healthy flow to eliminate latency. I’ve been visiting this location since opening day & nothing has changed & It’s my local CFA! Due to this, I will no longer be coming to this location.
One of our favorite fast food places. Also, one of the quickest CFAs we have been to. Never been inside yet, but their outdoor staff have been super friendly and inviting. Allowed to use the app. Quick order turn around.

Worst chickfila I ever had. Bought 3, no one ate complete and trashed after couple bites. It was barely warm even. Not going again as it's second time happening. Earlier one was below average but today it was worst. Avoid this place and save money. Near 75/ McDermott, I was never disappointed. Will go there though far than this.
