So I’m almost done with my burrito and I haven’t had a single piece of chicken. It’s all egg and hashbrown. When I ordered pick up I made sure I ordered chicken on there. I’m mainly upset bc it took them a little while to get my order and on top of that, I got no chicken. After finishing my burrito, I got egg and hashbrowns. I’m disappointed.

Have been a customer of this location for years. After the recent remodel, I’m not sure if there was an ownership change, but the wait times have significantly increased. Very few times do they have the two workers out taking orders in drive-thru, which seems to speed the process along. No one running orders to vehicles. Everyone waiting on one vehicle to get their food. Will continue to be a customer for now but hope management makes a change on their approach

I ordered the 3 strip combo and the strips were extremely dry and lukewarm. The service was okay. This was first time coming to this location and I definitely won't be back.

Very poor customer service and rude behavior. We ordered some items and asked to add pup cup along with the order for our puppy in the car. The person who checked us added it. At the food counter, the person who gave us the items said this location does not offer pup cups. That sounded odd as we have visited a lot of Chik fil A locations and everywhere we used to get pup cups along with our order. I called the store today and checked and they said they have pup cups. Chik fil A was one of our favorites but this time it was a very bad experience and worst customer service.

This is the ONLY chick fil-a that does not give pup cups? Absolutely ridiculous. My pup deserves a cup filled with whip cream, if i’m already spending a lot of money. I come to this location VERY often. Please change your policy on this! NOT DOG FRIENDLY AND NOT MY PLEASURE

If I purchased a salad that cost $10 and some change I shouldn’t be told I can only receive 3 dressings I should be allowed how many dressings I choose and especially if I’m ordering more than 1 salad. At these high prices we should be alotted as many condiments requested. But they don’t have to worry about my business again. I keep spending at other places.

They rejected me for a job 2 times I'm like what's so hard about working at Chick fil a I've worked at plenty of fast food places and yet it doesn't matter to them what a joke, I'm not eating at y'all's restaurant anymore
