Chilies has the best burgers imo. They messed up my order on last visit but I didn’t complain because it wasn’t a big deal. Love the place and visit often.

I have been eating chilis hamburgers since 1978 on Greenville in Dallas, specifically the old timer with cheese, I have always ordered their chili and was informed that the chili was taken off of the menu about 6 weeks ago, well after eating the old timer without chili I will not return again. Chilis without chili is like a baked potato with no butter. The burger didn't taste the same, I guess all good things come to an end but until they bring back the chili I won't return, it was a good run chilis!

I had stopped going to Chili's dut to my experience. My family and I came here because my daughter insisted. We had 6 different orders and I must say the server Angel was awesome, she was very attentive and caring. Our food came out hot, CORRECT, and really good. And to to it off the manager Craig came by to make sure everything was ok. I can honestly say this experience kinda changed my look on the restaurant chain. I will now travel across counties just to come to this one. Thanks to the team
Today, I brought my team in for lunch and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Natalie, was awesome!! She took such good care of us, and had a great attitude. Drinks, appetizers, meals, everything came out quick. All of the orders came out right. Natalie checked on us and made sure we were doing good. We weren't her only table, but still she had refills before we even had to ask. She was refilling chips and salsa too. She got us to-go containers and remembered a bag to easily take them home. Some of my team had special asks and needs and she was on it. Even with 6 of us, we were in and out in an hour. I've been a customer of this location for a long time. I always have a great experience. They're quick, food's good and prices are great. I'm able to come in, get lunch and get back to work on time. When I was going to bring my team, I was hoping it would go well after telling them it would be great. Didn't disappoint. Grateful to Natalie and the whole staff for taking good care of us and making it a stress free lunch out.

I decided to try the Smash Burger and was highly disappointed! It's definitely over hyped in my opinion. The meat had absolutely no flavor, the cheese wasn't even melted, barley any sauce, the fries weren't even crispy... I won't ever order that again

The food here is much better than other chains such as Applebees. We were mostly impressed by the good service provided by Lexiss, she’s in charge of the section to the right of the bar.
