We recently visited Chili’s, and unfortunately, the service was lackluster. 😕 We had to ask for refills on drinks, more chips, and even for our check. It’s a bit frustrating when you have to keep reminding the server for things that should be taken care of without asking. 😔

I have only been to the location off of 121 and Custer twice and each time my servers both Randy and Gabrielle were awesome! I would definitely recommend this location it may actually be my new go to spot especially as long as they have the burger deal 😊
