Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today i visited this store. It was during lunch time so it was kind of busy but nothing out the ordinary with plenty of staff in the store. They had little to no white rice left served my burrito with little rice might as well have given me none. And with the chicken i don’t understand if you see that the restaurant is getting busy during lunch and the one on the counter is getting empty like that’s a sign that something needs to be made. Little chicken on bowl got like 6-8 pieces. And when someone orders a burrito it is meant to be eaten as a burrito please learn how to wrap a burrito lol

It was a horrible experience. They served barely 20 grams of chicken, which is not ideal for anyone with a high-protein diet. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller compared to other Chipotle locations. I wouldn’t recommend this place—better to visit a different Chipotle.

This place is terrible. Employees look mad as you walk in....don't ask you what you like to order but just look at you till you order lol. Saw someone ask for the restroom code needing to use it.....and Employee literally points at the paper on the wall hahaha like bro can you not say "oh the code is on this sheet here" 😄

Worst location I've ever been to. My guacamole was dark green and slimy when I received it. Some of my chips were chewy. The food does not taste fresh.

I love chipotle. But this location is not that great. The servers always trying to charge more for what they don’t serve. I ordered a smoked brisket burrito bowl and asked them to add extra chicken. I paid 13 dollars for the burrito bowl and was charged 7.45 extra for just asked an extra spoon of chicken. When argued the server kept saying you ordered more brisket. The African-American server lady who didn’t serve me the meat was arguing abt it. I didn’t want to make a fuzz so just left. I would rather have ordered a chicken burrito bowl if I knew this is how they charge. Pls train your servers or lose your customers. Never going back to this location. Purchase done on 01.30.25 around 7PM.

I came here and ordered a bowl. I asked for guac and they gave me half a scoop. When I asked to have just a little bit more they said they'd have to charge me for double guac. I then explained that I just wanted a small amount more since it wasn't a full scoop. I used to work at chipotle so I know what a full scoop of guac looks like. I sat there and argued with THE MANAGER for a good minute. So I decided to give in and just deal with the amount of guac that I had. As a manager you think you would do anything to ensure your customers leave satisfied but not they don't care about the type of service nor the food here. Will never come back to this chipotle. horrible service

I ordered a steak burrito and they served me only about 5 pieces of meat and I told the guy that it was very little meat, less than the regular side and the guy added more steak but he wanted to charge me double and when paying I told them no , the cashier grabbed the burrito and threw it in the trash, and without wanting to prepare another one, she did not return to the register and went into the kitchen, in the end I decided to leave, helpless and annoyed with such bad service

I love Chipotle, but the last couple of times at this location have been disappointing. The quality of chicken was bad. The whole meal didn't have that fresh feeling to it.

It’s a shame that even after being called out online for giving very small portions you guys still do it. The lady that served me, only put one scoop of rice and beans. It seemed the rations were for a little kid. She seemed frustrated and such. If you dislike your job look for another one! I wanted to say something but the line was huge and she seemed in a hurry. Please do better.

The double size bowl is actual half the size of the actual one . Worst portion size.very cheap customer service. The worst chipotle you can go to.

Went to pick up my ToGo Order. Got it in time. Got home 5 min away. Both Burritos were COLD. Had to MICROWAVE them. Then after a couple bites and opening them up realized their was NO MEAT. Literally a couple specs of brisket. All RICE!!! Total Rip-Off!!! Went back up there after re-wrapping in foil and cashier was RUDE. Unapologetic. Did not offer any assistance. Said she could not process my refund there and went to the back to get a customer service phone number I had to call to request it. She took my order back and I walked out with a phone number. After calling, they tried to offer me a voucher. I declined and hopefully refund will be processed. What a nite mare. Will not recommend this location near 75. Would go prob to Lake Forest for better results. I hear you must watch them make your burrito or you will get all RICE... FYI!!!
