They are charging extra amount for red chimchuri and this is what they giving us. Really pathetic service.

Very good salad bowl with chicken. Chips and quac were also tasty. Service was good, but a couple tables needed to be cleaned.

I was ordering a bowl and noticed the veggies were running low. I saw a new batch on the grill, so I requested to wait for those instead. After I paid, a worker started shoveling the old veggies on, hoping I wouldn’t notice. When asked why he would do that when I asked for new ones, he tried to say they were the new ones when I could clearly see them behind him. This type of behavior is disappointing and leads me to not recommend this location.

Rude staff, the store is in disgusting condition, and the staff aren’t wearing gloves. they don’t give full scoops of rice or meat but charge full price. Avoid this chipotle

They refused to give my order to my husband even though I put his name for pick up and had proof of payment. Just ridiculous!! Had to go online and waste my time to request a refund …no dinner!! Unbelievable

I came today and is so nasty how the person who is making mobile orders is scratching her head with gloves on and making the food at the same time and after that she was ignoring me for about 10 minutes nasty service i ask for her name but she ignores me again is this person in charge? She was hispanic like me but so angry annoying and rude TERRIBLE SERVICE
