The first time we ordered here about 6 months ago, we walked out because of the terrible employee attitude and extremely skimpy portions. We tried again yesterday after all the backlash chipotles everywhere were getting for ripping off portions, we hoped things had gotten better. They definitely had improved in the portion sizes and the food was great, but some of the employees there need reeducating on customer service. Terrible attitudes. Wasn’t able to get everything I needed for my to go order. The lady at the register just threw my burrito in the bag and didn’t put any napkins utensils and I ordered the water and she gave me a cup,… but I ordered a bottle of water. Simple misses and inconsistent customer service. Do better!
