I dont usually write this much but this chipotle was absolutely horrible, please I beg of you avoid this chipotle as much as possible:
I’ve had enough of this Chipotle location. Not only has the in-store service been terrible, but my most recent online order was completely inaccurate. I ordered a burrito bowl with specific toppings, and what I got was nothing like what I requested. On top of that, half of my food was missing! No guac, no chips, and half of the proteins I ordered weren’t even included. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with zero help and no real solution. The staff doesn’t seem to care at all about getting things right, and the overall attitude is extremely unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to double-check my order every time, but this location is consistently disappointing. I’m done with this place—it’s not worth the hassle.

I went last night to buy my dinner there and the girl that was doing my order was so rude looks like she was tired she didn't give me my order complete so I came back to ask her for the rest of my thing so she looks like me really bad so bad service for be more exactly she have her hair red and more colos I think costumer service is important...

We made a catering order of $800 for our company party on 12/25 and the party was on 12/28. We had a confirmation email and received another notification the day of to pick up our order, which said we had a pick up time of 9:45pm. We showed up at 9:40pm to find that they “couldn’t find our order”. We ended up not getting our order and the store manager (who wasn’t there and we spoke to on the phone) was rude and not apologetic at all. She told us that they could refund it or we could pick it up tomorrow. We don’t need it for tomorrow, we need our order the day we made the order for. They ruined our company party and didn’t seem to care. This is unbelievable and incredibly frustrating, they just lost $800 and lost any future business.

I would give zero stars if I could. We made a large catering order for a staff party 3 days in advance and they "forgot" to make our order. They said we could have it tomorrow. That doesn't help the party tonight, does it? The manager didn't seem to care. My staff was very disappointed and we won't be making any orders from this location going forward.

Upon arrival no one speaks the young man that fix my food do not feel my bowl each side with empty I only had rice in the middle he also added vegetables I didn't ask for the brisket was burnt and full of fat the cashier home completed my order had an attitude and did not give me my chips that I purchased overall bad experience
Food portions were better than most. I may go back to eating here

Food was great. But the “manager” on shift was super rude. To customers and to her employee. He did his job by asking us for our ID and she still gave him an attitude demanding to check our IDS. We ordered half and half on our bowl and she looked at us like we were stupid. From reading other reviews she probably isn’t the best person to be in charge. All other employees were great!

I feel like yall called my wife fat in your own special little way, the portion yall gave her is the same amount you give a toddler, the amount and was price was both ridiculous. Either yall ain’t mathematically correct or yall scale broken but that was ridiculous. Ain’t coming back anytime soon.
