I come to this chipotle all the time. Every single time I get served by this one particular girl, not sure of her name, she never puts enough of a portion of meat and tries to hurry up and close my bowl before I’m finished speaking. I wish I could say the food isn’t good in the end, but it really is. The customer service is absolutely terrible and incredibly disappointing.
GOD FORBID these chipotle workers provide any sort of utensil or napkin in your pickup/delivery bag. It's like they're trained not to do so my goodness...

I dont usually write this much but this chipotle was absolutely horrible, please I beg of you avoid this chipotle as much as possible:
I’ve had enough of this Chipotle location. Not only has the in-store service been terrible, but my most recent online order was completely inaccurate. I ordered a burrito bowl with specific toppings, and what I got was nothing like what I requested. On top of that, half of my food was missing! No guac, no chips, and half of the proteins I ordered weren’t even included. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with zero help and no real solution. The staff doesn’t seem to care at all about getting things right, and the overall attitude is extremely unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to double-check my order every time, but this location is consistently disappointing. I’m done with this place—it’s not worth the hassle.
