The dining room in this location is always dirty, the tables are gross. We arrived for lunch today before noon, there was no line and only a few tables were occupied. If the front of the house is consistently dirty, what does the back of the house look like?
The young lady building my salad was difficult to communicate with, she was extremely soft-spoken and I had to ask her to repeat what she was asking repeatedly.
To add to the disappointment of our experience, I opted to try the Barbacoa and it was mushy. I love Chipotle for a healthy fast food option, I am going to pass on this location in the future.
***In response to the owner's response, that link is a waste of your effort. It takes me to a generic "Contact Us" on the Chipotle website. If someone has time to reponed to negative reviews, it would be bettered used training staff and providing better service.

The food quality has dropped below McDonalds. The Lettuce is cheap, white iceberg now, the guacamole was brown. While I was paying they got my order wrong.
I used to love the food and kept going after prices got ridiculous. I'm 100% done. I'll never go back or bring my kids.

Used the app with drive-thru, was given a notification order was ready. Pull up to the window to have a lady with glasses standing on the other side of the window... just stand there and pretend to not see me looking right at her. The person at the drive-thru window then starts walking back and forth to the front counter, then back to the window, never opening the window to say anything!? After waiting a few more minutes looking at my order that was already bagged, this lady finally opens the window with the lowest energy greeting and asks for a name, she reached over to the bag that was sitting there since I pulled up to the window! I would never go back to a place like this for lunch with employees who have zero regard for customers' time during a lunch break.

Zero stars would be better from my experience at that store. My order was completely wrong. I have been trying to call to speak to somebody for 2 days.NO ANSWER by a human being. Not even able to leave a voicemail because it was 'full'. Young lady barely acknowledged me at drive thru window. She shut the window and walked away before "thank you" came out of my mouth. The meal was completely wrong. Trying to adjust what I was charged for my meal. I have no problem with paying but I would appreciate being charged for what was served.

Food was cold, missing items from order. Spent my 30 minute lunch break driving there and back to get missing items. Asked for a drink for the inconvenience and was told I needed to come inside and wait in the long line….although there was a drink machine right at the drive through window.
ordered a quesadilla, and literally forgot to put the quesadilla in the box, then when we tried to call the store, we were on hold with an ai operator and we never received a call back

On the app I ordered extra rice and extra toppings so of course they only gave me half a bowl.
After going inside and asking for more rice nobody could help me because they didn’t speak English even though they greeted me in English. So I started speaking in Spanish but by then none of the ladies wanted to help me. They said it’s “normal” for their bowls to look like this which is wild to me. What’s the point of spending $14 on an order to only get half of it.

One of only two Chipotles I've ever been to that won't serve cilantro. Staff initially told me they didn't have it, then once I questioned them on it, told me they aren't allowed to serve it. Either way, it's been a part of my bowl for over a decade, please fix this. Also, the music was turned up so loud I had to shout at the staff just to be heard.

I don't even know where to start. Two heavier set young black women were on the line, no customers in store, and they just give me stare as if I "ruined the vibe" because now they have to actually work instead of sit around talking. One walks away and the one that stayed to make my order already had gloves on she never changed. As I'm placing my order, the young lady had some sense of urgency because before I could even tell her what I wanted, she would very eagerly ask me "what else? What else? What else?" I was ordering 2 bowls, the first one for my wife, so I'm looking down at my phone to see what she wanted. I finally look back up and see that I essentially was made a kids meal with how tiny the portions were. I started the second bowl and thought "I'm not paying 20 dollars for that" and left. Very unfortunate cause I liked this location with how close we live.

Small portions, overpriced, and they ask for a tip (that starts at $3 lol) while ordering in a mobile app. They decided not to give me sour cream, cheese, or salsa that was ordered and clearly on the sticker on the lid.
For $12 you can get a real meal in a sit down restaurant. This is a half filled rice bowl for an outrageous price for what you are getting. This is why less people are eating Chipotle now. If this is the proper portion they are trained to give when you order a meal, then of course I would not eat at Chipotle anymore.
