Chicken has no flavor, almost like it was boiled. Someone needs to tell them that CHAR=FLAVOR! Also the guacamole is not guacamole. It's literally half way squashed Avocados. I challenged the lady to find some veggies in there. And to get credit... she found 2 onion pieces in half of a giant container of it lol

Staff for inexperienced. Ordered a burrito the wrap is so bad that most of the contents spills out making a mess. Ordered a burrito but used a spoon.

came in today around 6:55 PM, and the brown-skinned girl with braids who was checking me out was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. Her attitude was unprofessional and came across as demanding and dismissive. If she doesn’t want to work or treat customers with respect, something needs to be addressed — that kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Servers are stingy with servings at this location. Chicken just isnt as good. Seems like they take it off the grill too soon or dont sear it as well as the good locations.

My experience was horrible. Everything didn't have no flavor, was bland and tasteless. Looks like they forgot to put the condiments and salt on the food, and it looks like they put the whole sack of salt into the chips. Maybe do half and half people, is no that hard 🙄.

I placed an order and this is what I got. Second time it’s happened in 2wks. I’ve learned my lesson last time I order out with them. Clearly what I ordered on the tin…. Pretty much got steak and rice. Don’t ask what I paid it was way to much to get what I got

Such a shitty customer service. They literally don't care if the ingredients are not available and they need to restock. They didn't had veggies for veggie bowl. They charged me extra for guac though I and veggie bowl and were reluctant process refund and asked me to get extra guac.

AYAONNA is probably the best chipotle worker I’ve ever seen in my life. For the moment you walk in and the moment you leave staff treats you with so much respect and they even helped me pick out what I wanted to eat tonight. food was fresh and delicious and portions were phenomenal.

I order 2 chicken bowls through mobile app and when I opened I don’t see sauce at all and the quality of food is very bad. This location is really very bad.

DO NOT ORDER TO-GO FROM THIS CHIPOTLE

I ordered a quesadilla and two bowls.
The two bowls were missing and the quesadilla was made as a bowl instead.

The ticket was correct, so the problem wasn’t that the UberEats driver gave me the wrong bag. There wasn’t multiple bags, because the ticket said “1 of 1” on it.

Whoever they have working to-go on Tuesday nights was simply lazy and/or inattentive. I’ve worked as a to-go specialist myself and would be embarassed.

If you’re planning on ordering from here, give it a few months so they can have time to find a new to-go person.

Kids changing table in the bathroom is broken. Toilet handle was broken. Messed up the order and could not communicate clearly.
