We stopped by an hour before closing so we expected the restaurant to be somewhat messy / dirty bc it IS Cici's but omg the place was destroyed with trash and food everywhere. I was literally stepping over stuff just to get to my table while the staff sat around looking bored.... Cici's was actually my first job as a teenager so I kind of know how they run ship and this was absurd. This next point isn't on Cici's but you need to remember this about little kids and buffets but I watched a little kid aggressively cough all over the left side of the desert section.. his mom saw him and saw me see her and just rushed him off.. Also, the food was old , cold and hard.

It's a Cicis so don't expect the best of everything, but this one is clean including the buffet and the bathrooms, and they always have pizza ready on the buffet and I've been to several that struggle to have 2 pizzas out at the same time

I mean it's Cicis. Some lady was carrying her baby through the kitchen and the guy cooking didn't understand what I was saying. So it was good, especially for a Cicis. So if you're reading reviews for a Pizza buffet then idk what to tell you besides just go eat pizza. 🍕
