The place is okay, but don't expect a high-quality budget-friendly pizza buffet. On the positive side, the salads are good and offer a nice variety of greens. The buffet includes pasta with both red and white sauce options, as well as cheese, vegetarian, and non-veg pizza selections. They were even able to make a special-order veggie pizza for us. However, the overall food quality isn't great, and the restaurant wasn't kept very clean.

The food was great and very fresh, but our experience took a disturbing turn. We were seated directly in front of the women’s restroom for about an hour, and right as we were getting ready to leave, a grown man walked out of the women’s restroom. The manager went to check, and a child then came out — meaning this man had been in the women’s restroom the entire time while little girls and women were going in and out.
What shocked us even more was that the manager didn’t address the situation or ask the man to leave. He just went back to his table like nothing happened.
My family left immediately, and we will not be returning.

My last visit to CiCis. $28 for 2 people is insulting. Nothing more to even say.
The place was disgusting. Counters dirty and unorganized, gross spills. My friend got food poisoning and had an accident in Best Buy after we left. It was humiliating for her and im ashamed I caused it by taking her there.
The comment on my review is superficial and they will do nothing regardless. All anyone cares about anymore is profit and dollars.

We came in on a whim today to take advantage of their $2.99 buffet coupon deal through the app. Despite it being a Saturday night and it being incredibly crowded, they totally knocked it out of the park! The staff was so friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy. The food was coming out so fast that every piece of pizza and every cinnamon roll was fresh, warm and delicious. We were truly blown away at how they kept up with the crowds, got people in quickly and never ran low on food. AWESOME team here in McKinney

What kind of a business owner refuses to get the phone to their business fixed. When the employees are saying, they're aware of the problem, for weeks, that's an issue that should be addressed.
Had absolutely no idea Cici's has an arcade area now. I came there for the pizza and end up playing games most of the time we were there. Now they do have this new bacon and tater tot pizza that is just ridiculously good. But don't take my word for it, take the family there tonight and see for yourself.

Terrible location. Automatic upcharge to a large to go drink without asking. Counter staff has a bad attitude and aren't well trained. Food was terrible. Old food mostly, but even the crash pizza was bad (vs. other DFW Cicis). One good thing, the woman cleaning the dining room was nice.

Amazing place, great prices and honestly the best pizza buffet out there. Only problem was how crowded the place was and the fact that the pizzas didn’t have like a sticky note next to them showing what ingredients there were. This can make it bad for vegetarians, or just people with allergies.
