Tried Cinnaholic with my family and we loved it. We got the classic, apple pecan, and berry rolls — all soft, warm, and loaded with frosting and toppings. Everything’s vegan and dairy-free, but honestly you can’t even tell. Definitely coming back!

Called ahead to order cinnamon rolls for my family on Mother’s Day. Was told 5 of the 6 I ordered would be ready when I got there - arrived 6 minutes after & they had sold all the rolls, and asked me to wait 12-13 minutes. Basically, they lied. Unacceptable.

We have been to this location several times and typically never have any issues. Yesterday we picked up a few different cinnamon rolls and one lemonberry coffee cake and a brownie. Today I decided to have a piece of the lemonberry bread. As soon as I opened it, I realized there was a small green fuzzy spot on it. Definitely will not be eating this.🤮

I bought the Baby Bun 3 for 6.. my total on the pin pad was 6.50 the next day I get charge/adjustment that an extra 3 dollars was added, might not be much but in this day and time it’s a lot. I called and the young girl said it was for a tip. I said excuse me it never asked me to tip. My total showed $6.50. She then stated she would reach out to her manager. Unbelievable! they automatically charge you a tip without your knowing unless you’re like me where you get notifications about recent charges or adjustments you’ll never think to look because you trust the seller to not my fraudulent charges especially at a dessert shop. And that’s what happened. I will NEVER buy from them again. The tip should always be optional or something should be written to where they inform customers that a tip will be added to the purchase

I usually go to the Richardson location, their cinnamon rolls have always been fresh and soft in the middle. I decided to go to this location this time around since it was closer. The roll I got was hard and it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.

This is my 1st time ordering from Cinnaholic, and I got a cinnamon wreath cake. They were perfectly sized (the size of my hand) and satisfied my cravings for cinnamon rolls! The brownie bites & cake batter frosting were scrumptious ♡ However, the cake was kinda raw in the center and dough-y, but the outer half was cooked. Other than that I would order from here again!
