I paid the extra $0.80 for extra fudge and I didn’t even get a regular amount of fudge. When I asked the lady twice if that’s extra, I got two “yes ma’am”. They straight up rip you off. It’s not about the $.80, it’s about the principal.

I stopped to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Dude sandwich and a frito chili pie. Both were good but they did not put enough chili & cheese on the fritos. Its was too many fritos and not much else. But it was served hot and fresh. The employees were very friendly.

I like the service. She was nice. I just don't like that they take a long time. I only had one car infront of me and it took about 10 minutes till I got to the window. I also don't like that she didn't tell me the price of how much it costed and said she will tell me my total at the window.

Went for a chicken strip basket cuz I was craving it. Lady was rude taking the order. Said she couldn't hear us so we spoke up, that was fine, but we asked her to repeat something twice and she ignored us. when we got to the window she just stared at us and handed us the machine that wasn't working to pay.
We told her it wasn't working she just stared at us for a good minute before hitting a button. No customer service. Extremely rude.
No manners either. No please, no thank you, no have a nice day.
It's the closest DQ to us, but we may just travel further now if this is gonna be the norm.

Went through the drive through… they told me to pull up in the spot ahead… waited for 20 + minutes ( idk why I guess I was trying to be out the house for longer ) but I literally only ordered jalepeno popper things, and a dipped cone. I got the cone in the drive thru… and then never came back with my jalepeno popper things….. Ghetto af location. Will not return.

This location can't hear through their drive through. They got my order wrong and would not fix it without charging me. They took 15 minutes to make 4 blizzards that were not mixed well. Not worth my time. Not a pleasant experience.

Would love to have rated some food. Came by this location today at 8:40pm. They do not close until 10:30. Sat in the drive thru forever and was not even acknowledged. Employees literally looked right at my at truck and made eye contact with me. Drove away and they literally laughed as we were driving away. Very unprofessional. Me and everyone I know will not be coming back here. Literally no guests inside and no one in the drive through. What’s the point of being on the clock if you aren’t working? Might want to look into this.

I just want to give a shoutout to TWANA! Not sure if she is the manager but when we first walked in she greeted us and proceeded to take our order. Not sure if they were short staffed this day but I couldn’t help but notice her taking the order, making the order and delivering the order to the clients table. Not once did she looked stressed or overwhelmed even though they were busy. Service was outstanding!! Give this woman a raise. She’s the type of person you would want to be taking care of your business.
Good "fast food" fast, staff is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere brings back happy memories. The McKinney establishment (on Virginia) is clean, well maintained and like the old fashion Dairy Queens. It's the only one I will go to these days.
