I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food and it was just 2 chicken baskets and 2 blasts and the ice cream workers were barely doing their job, they were just talking and this lady walked in when we got there first and we waited 25 minutes and the lady walked in and there 5 minutes later she got her food and we got our food like 8 minutes later, horrible service except the front order lady.

Me and my fiance ordered a blizzard and a chocolate dipped cone and the ice cream tasted rotten. Only took one bite and threw it away instantly. Also, the cashier lady had an attitude that you can see on her face, even rolled her eyes at my finance when he asked to make sure the cone was dipped in chocolate because she didn’t respond to us at the speaker. Horrible experience and I have been to multiple Dairy Queen locations before ACROSS THE COUNTRY as we are all the way from Illinois and have been traveling for years now.

This owner needs to hire a drive thru crew with at least a minimal level of customer service effort. In this DQ drive thru you're going to get spoken to with zero inflection and not have your order read back to you, then at the window you're going to have your order handed to you without a smile or a thank you. Manager...hire the right people and train them up.

Horrible! Do not go here. Nasty, dirty restaurant with rude, disrespectful employees that don’t care who hears them arguing.The first thing I observed walking in, was how dirty the restaurant looked. The floors were nasty, and the restrooms were disgusting. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom. There were several dirty tables. Horrible attitude of employees. I observed employees fighting. Awful atmosphere. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my meal, which was an extremely long time to make one burger, The burger was made incorrectly. The cashier never repeated my order so of course, my order was wrong. It took another 15 minutes to get my burger replaced. By this time my fries were cold. It was an awful experience, and I will never go back.

Blizzards are normally top notch nut sometimes, you can tell they didn't clean it properly from the last one, because you cab taste the flavors that aren't normally there if they had been cleaned. The staff is hit or miss, you may get someone super nice and then you may get someone who hates being there. Plus they never flip my blizzard.

The fries are so hard as if they were scraped from the bottom of the fry maker or something. Burger was alright and of course the icecream didn’t disappoint but I typically like their fries the most and this just wasn’t it.

The girl, Jayanna, that was working today, 11/19, decided to laugh at my son, which has Special needs. 100% unacceptable. She's more worried about her cell phone then the customers. The quality of individuals you're hiring is very sad. Your company standards are very low. How does Chick-fil-a do it?? You should figure out their playbook.
