*update*: finally got my boba tea. I ordered jasmine milk tea. Tastes like milk with boba. Do not recommend!! Had to wait 35 minutes and still (currently) waiting to get my ONE tea. One employee taking both orders and making the teas. Lots of people coming in and no teas are being made. How they let this poor employee be by herself is incredibly concerning. Owner needs to fix this.

My daughters love this place so I came to grab them some bubble tea today. It’s Monday and we’ll past 1:30 and they are still not open. Saw another review that mentioned this very same issue. If you can’t open when you say you’re going to be open then you shouldn’t be in business. Its a waste of your customers time and a lack of respect.

Used to come here almost every week when living in Allen and it was great, never had a problem.Today having driven 30 minutes from Frisco to get here, I find the place closed even though they should open at 1:30pm. Waited around for about 20 minutes before deciding to leave. A few months ago, I had the same experience here as well and thought it was a one off.If you can't open your establishment on time, change your hours! It is horrendous customer service for a business to not open on time. If I showed up to work late, I'd be fired!!!
