I went to go pickup my order and this guy behind the counter was rude as I gave him coins worth $4.44. I heard him talking to his coworker saying I didn't tip him and gave him coins. There is a reason I went to go pickup the order. Problem at this location starts from management when they are rude with customers also. I put in a complaint online and got an email from Chris which he is the general manager. That guy is worst than his employee or must be the one who was working up front. He claims it's my fault for coming in busy hours and customers do tip for pick ups. It's my not fault when the employee has hard time counting $4.44 worth of change.

It's has horrible policy to not take cash over 20, we are not in 1990 where a pizza is 5 dollars, when my bill is 70 and I have it in cash it's a large inconvenience to go make change because this stores policy

I drove 15 mins to pick up my order and getting back home, I saw there were onions and lots of barbecue sauce. I indicated I wanted light sauce and did not mention onions in my order. I had to use paper towels to reduce the sauce and remove the onions before I could eat it. Calling the store, the guy was rude and just concerned about getting his pizza back. I won’t recommend buying pizza here and if you want to buy, triple check the order before you leave.

I have been ordering from this location for over a year, I always use the app and choose to pick it up at the store. only once has there been a mishap on the app tracker and the manager was very nice about it and gave me some free lava cakes for the inconvienence of the wait, every other time has been amazing and the staff are super hardworking and really diligent! pizza always is fresh and perfect to my liking. 5 stars all the wayyyy!!!!

But Chris Ybarra, General Manager was very patient, customer focused and very helpful in getting my coupon redeemed. Thanks to him; I had a very enjoyable experience!
