I am a cinnamon roll connoisseur, and I enjoy seeking out various shops for the best cinnamon roll closest to the ones I had as a kid. And so far, Donut Bliss, in my opinion, has the best cinnamon roll hands down in Dallas.

The staff were incredibly friendly. It was my daughter’s 2nd birthday and they made a special donut for her with writing on it and threw in extra donut holes. The kolaches were great too!

The best and only donut place I’ll ever go to. The workers here are always so polite they throw in extra stuff every time. Also the best tasting donuts I’ve ever had at any donut place local or chain. Will always come here when I have free time in the morning! Hope this place stays open for a super long time.

There should be a 0 star option. As a family of color we have never experienced not being treated well until today. We walked in waited in line maybe 10 minutes we were next to place our order there were 2 people working the counter and one of the workers that we thought were going to assist us walked away doing something else and the other worker helped the person behind us. I said well we were next and the customer behind us asked do you want to go ahead and help them and the worker said NO. Thanks for the bad experience!! After 39 years I have finally realized we are definitely not treated the same. You definitely will NEVER EVER get our well earned money. I’m happy I do not live in McKinney.

The woman who works behind the counter is a gem! She blew me away with her kindness and warmth. I experienced wonderful customer service and the donuts were delicious and everyone loved them. Would highly recommend coming here.
