I ordered 2 Sprinkle Donut, Donut Sprinkle hole and 4 Glazed Donut's But they sent Jalapeno croissants. I only did doordash as I was away from kids and want to send them something to cheer them up and this atore managed to disappoint us even further.

Would not go back here the the women there was ad rude as she could have been. I went with my 2 daughters, and i understand that it was almost closing time . Her attitude could have been friendlier and more welcoming, but it was like she didn't even want us there. What is happening to customers should always be first for any business. š«³ š¤

Ok first off I understand we got there 20 minutes to closing but she still had some donuts available to choose from? I donāt know if she was bothered by how late we got there or what, but her customer service was not acceptable at all. Weāre STILL PAYING customers after all & we went knowing weād have limited items to choose from since we knew they were closing soon! She was answering our questions VERY rudely and was standing there unfazed and very bothered the whole time. I then asked her if she was still selling her coffee which she then asked āwhat coffee?!ā I pointed to her menu and said āum any of your coffee you offer?ā She answered annoyed and said āwell I already turned off my coffee machineā¦.but if you want I can turn it back on for you and make you oneā¦ā (it was 20 minutes from closing?! Just my point of view but Iāve also been a barista before and we donāt turn off the coffee machine until the minute we closed? Is this a new thing?) at that point I was already frustrated and very bothered by her attitude that I just told her āweāre just gonna come back another time betterā walked away and stated I did not like her attitude. She just looked very very annoyed and was like āoook so you donāt even want any donuts either?!ā
I honestly came to this donut shop for the first time because I was looking for a donut shop near me (since Iām new to the area) and this shop popped up but I can confidently for a fact state I will no longer visit this place again if this is how they treat their customers.
I didnāt get her name but she was brunette and wore glasses. Honestly such a shame because I was very excited to try this place.

Best donuts in Frisco area. Maintains that authentic taste a donut should have. Anything Iāve ever tried here has just been the best. Their milk tea is amazing!!!

I love it! The workers are allways friendly and helpfull, they allways have a ton of options, and if your looking for something a bit better than dunkin doughnuts than this is definitely the place!

Just stopped by and had the strawberry cake donut and blueberry donut. Probably the best I have had from any donut shop big or small. The flavor was spot on and not too sugary. Definitely stop by and try them both strawberry and blueberry!

The donuts looked OK but the other breakfast options are nasty. I ordered a kolache and a burrito and saw both of them put into the microwave but both were actually stone cold when I reached my destination less than a mile away. The burrito was wrapped in multiple layers of paper to make it appear larger but the paper was stuck to the burrito making it inedible. Thereās not much else open nearby at 5am but I would have been better off next door at 7-11.
