Loved their customer service! I put in an order with them for the CarMax in Mckinney to celebrate national coffe day and they allowed me to put in an order for today at 11:30!! The staff is very sweet and the food was very well made/ had a very clean environment.

Kolaches are amazing, my favorite place to get them. They are always so nice and sometimes throw in extra. Never had my order wrong and always tastes fresh. Love them

This place when they first opened was fairly good but has gone down hill ever since. The filled donuts are hit or miss but mostly miss, just not enough filling. Then only two filling options with the cream being the worst! The biggest complaint is their pricing, the owner keeps increasing prices, so much so I will never go back. Just look at their price list on the wall. They are so cheap they write the new price on a square and paste it over the previous one. Not hard to tell which donuts have been increase. Plus the place is filthy, i can only imagine the back area? No doubt the owner is trying to suck as much money from community as they can. Thumbs down. Better options near by....

I walked in on Saturday a few weeks while a mother and her young daughter were inside getting donuts. The mother was asking a simple question to verify accuracy of her order being rang up for payment and the lady behind the counter was so rude to the mother. The mother spoke with a male who was in the back and I could tell this employee was moody so I walked out and went to a different place. Fast forward a couple weeks and I decided to try again. The same lady was working the counter and was rude while I was placing an order. I don't know what the deal is but you can get better donuts and service elsewhere! We just moved to the area and won't be back to this location. The donuts here did not taste fresh which was shocking for a saturday (we went in between 9-9:30).

After verbally telling me I was idiot I asked for her to go back so I could look at the screen to verify myself. She was flinging the ring up machine around poking at it in frustration all while giving the attitude verbally! I asked for her name and she said “why would I give you that?” So I yelled for the guy in the back to come up. I asked if he was an owner to which he replied “yes”. I gave him my feedback right there in front of the lady and now I’m leaving this feedback for the public. Since she won’t give a name here is a picture for you to know who to avoid if you chose to go in.

Donuts have always been decent and we’ve visited this place for 4 years but will now find a new donut shop. We were the only customer in the store during this encounter so the feedback below was not rush/stress induced. This employee has an attitude and as a paying customer YOU deserve to be served without attitude! She flew through ringing up my items and went to the pay screen. When I asked a simple question to confirm a donut was not added that I wasn’t going to wait for it to be made I was given attitude. After verbally telling me I was idiot I asked for her to go back so I could look at the screen to verify myself. She was flinging the ring up machine around poking at it in frustration all while giving the attitude verbally! I asked for her name and she said “why would I give you that?” So I yelled for the guy in the back to come up. I asked if he was an owner to which he replied “yes”.
