How is this place still here?!? I have given this place too many chances! Too many! If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would! There are NO smiles EVER! The place smells as if RATS are in the oven. This establishment is dirty and funky. Anyone who rates this place 1 star or above are out of their mind. I laugh every time I see someone walk in there 🤣.
It's a good donut shop I got the croissant kolache and glazed donut. The donut wasn't to soft, love that part but pretty good I went back the next day !!

Just NO. Absolutely ridiculous older gentleman had literal pink eye! No glove and actively rubbing his infected eye behind the food counter!! If they think that's okay I can't imagine what the coming standards look like horrid. First one star I've ever given in McKinney/ Princeton ever!

Keep driving, there are much better places. This place is dirty and the Asian guy behind the counter has a bad attitude. He rolls his eyes at you and refuses to speak, he just points. Might be time to learn that customer service matters and cleanliness is also a nice convenience. Very small selection of donuts and nothing special. Save your money and patience and go to a place that appreciates your business and puts out a decent quality product. -5 stars!

A small, hole in the wall donut shop on the east end of McKinney. Don't sleep on this place. It isn't fancy inside, but it has some great donuts at very reasonable prices. They are light, fluffy, with well balanced sweetness. They mostly carry the usual fare, but they also sell bear claws, which we have had a harder time finding in Texas. They toss a few donut holes in with each order. We'll be back for more!

I didn’t even eat the donut I got. The place smelled so bad. I decided it wasn’t worth it.

Great local donut shop. I got the croissant kolache and the blueberry cake and was happy with the food! For sure the lowest price I have paid for that much food in a long time and the quality was there. Someone needs to tell them to raise their prices, I’d pay more just to support their family

I stopped by this donut shop looking to find long johns. Big mistake. What I found was my new favorite donut place. The freshest donuts ever. I'm from Alabama and LOVE some hot Krispy Kreme donuts. The plain glazed donuts from here are better. No heating necessary. They stayed soft even the next day. It will be difficult staying away from this place.

Very weird smell
Stopped in on the way back into Princeton on Easter Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. Good variety of donuts—my favorite was the pink one with coconut flakes. They were super fresh, soft, and perfectly soft. The lady at the counter was friendly and tossed in some free donut holes! Prices are reasonable, and the quality is solid. Would come back when I’m in the mood for donuts again.
Friendly and generous. Always prepared
