I can't say enough great things about Drip n Roll in McKinney! The staff is super friendly and really professional. I took my youngest daughter there, and I tried the Strawberry ice cream roll while she went for the S'More ice cream roll. Both were absolutely delicious, and we’re definitely planning to return soon!

Service was outstanding!! I hate leaving tip before being served. Ugh. I only left $2 and she was worth so much more. Next time I go if I get her again I will trip more. Cookies and cream was awesome. Crème Brûlée coffee was good I think I’d try something different next time.

First visit yesterday evening and extremely disappointed. The staff was indifferent. The worst part was a strong odor from cleaning supplies (??) . Food was very average . We will not be back.

Top notch service! Really friendly staff who explained the menu very well and were patient. Had some rolled ice cream and some boba - highly recommend!
Opens at 1p, but they didn’t have their tapioca balls ready and said it would be another 40 minutes. What’s the point of opening at 1p if the items you’re serving aren’t ready at that time? Really like this place, and we killed time at the shops next door for 30 minutes waiting for them to open just to be told this.

Our family comes to drip n roll since it’s opening. The owner is very kind and always greets us with a smile. The boba and ice cream is excellent! My favorite is the classic milk tea, it’s simply the best! Family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The place itself is GROSS. The rug/mat by the front door looks like it’s never been hosed down or cleaned. The tables are all nasty and sticky. When we got there no one was there. Girls game out the “back”! The mint roll tasted like essential oils and germx. Dead roach in the men’s bathroom. The only high chair they have was not clean. I wouldn’t recommend.
