Never imagined I would review 1 stars for a Fast food chain. Consistently they’ve been getting my orders incorrect. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered via Dunkin app and went in store for pick, and they started to prepare the order after I checked in, which is fine. To my surprise, the food was cold and my order items were incorrect again (ordered 4 orders of Hash-brown sides and received only one). Same experience via drive thru pick up as well. Not returning again to this store.

We went into this location yesterday and they were out of the strawberry pink sprinkle donut. And at this time in the day my daughter was so tired from a busy day that this made her quietly cry. The young ladies on shift at this time were so kind and politely said we will make her one. So they quietly went to make her two special pink sprinkle donuts and brought them back in a munchkin box which made her day! Thank your kindness and we appreciate you!

I ordered 3bagels and with cream cheese. It was worst spreading I have ever seen and bagel is over grilled. No napkins. Package is very bad. I saw it after I came home. Never ever go back to this location. It ruined my morning. Spreading is very very very very bad

I walked into the store and there were zero customers inside. Only some non working girl talking to all the employees about her weekend. I order just a coffee and was told I would have to wait 5-10 minutes because they have to make a new batch. 5-10 minutes later the employees made a batch of coffee with coffee grounds inside the pot of coffee. I told them to give my money back and I left.
The employees here have zero sense of pride in working. They all seemed very young and immature. This is the last time will ever visit this dunkin or any other dunkin as they all seem to have very poor service for people who actually enter the store and not use drive through or the app. What has society done to our kids. Or maybe it's the kids parents.
I would give it zero but 1 is the lowest

I ordered through the app, as I always do. I ordered a coffee, and the turkey sausage egg and cheese on the english muffin. The car in front of me was given my order, the person returned it back to the employee.
I pull up to get my order, and to no surprise, the breakfast sandwich was cold, and no napkins in the bag.
After reading previous reviews, neither Management or the owner has made any comments. This says a lot on how they feel about their customer base. I definitely won't be back.

The donuts sure have changed since I was getting donuts as a young girl before school, 50 years ago. Taking my grandson here, I thought they would be as good or better, not the case.

Placed a pickup order via the app. 1 hot drink and 1 iced drink. Came through the drive thru and the hot drink was made as an iced drink as well. We let the employee know at the window and they "remade" the drink. We pull out onto 380 and get to the next light when we find out the "hot drink" is really just the wrong cold drink poured into a hot beverage cup. Beyond disappointing and really dishonest of the employee and/or manager on staff that allowed this to happen. We reached out to customer service who said the store would reach out to us, and that hasn't happened.
