I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Dunkin'. Prior to placing a mobile order for pickup, I contacted the store by phone to ask about the availability of brownie batter. An employee confirmed that the item was in stock. Upon arrival, I was informed that brownie batter was, in fact, unavailable. This misinformation resulted in a complete waste of my time and resources. I urge Dunkin' management to address this issue to ensure accurate information is provided to customers in the future.

Had such a great experience at Dunkin’! The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which instantly made my day better. Our food was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were made perfectly — exactly how we ordered them.
Everything came out quickly, and you could tell the team really cared about getting it right. Such a simple stop, but the kindness and quality made it a standout visit. Definitely deserving of 5 stars! ☕🍩💖

I go to this location almost every morning in the beginning of the week, I get the same thing and they always ask me if I want the usual, which I like. This morning I walked up to the front door and it was locked. I stood there by the door and the crew would look over but didn't acknowledge me. I tried calling the store to see if they could unlock the door but they didn't answer as they were helping customers in the drive through so they were clearly open. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to walk back to work. As I was walking back to work I called again and then after a few rings, they finally answered.

Terrible! We are here right now. My wife had to get out and go inside. They have premade drinks sitting out in the counter so that they don’t have to make anything fresh from scratch. The nitro is warm… I had to repeat my order twice at the speaker and once again at the window…. Still got it wrong. What the hell is happening here? You’re two hours from closing and this subpar service should feel embarrassing

Nice clean store with courteous staff and helpful service. They have limited seats inside and have one small patio to sit outside. The drive thru is quick and order has been prepared with care. The staff is nice and provides best service to customers. There’s plenty parking outside.

This store is miserable. My order was missing a sandwich and instead of cold brew they gave me iced coffee. They also don't answer the phone. I accidentally ordered from this store instead of the one on Virginia. I won't make that mistake again. How can this store be so bad for so long. The last time I ordered from them a year or more ago it was the same lousy service and not getting the items I paid for and not answering the phone.

This location needs a complete retraining on how they are to prep and serve food. I've had to go back in multiple times to get them to actually cook the kolaches because they were served FROZEN. They seem to be microwaving frozen food instead of properly cooking it so the bun is hot but the sausage is full of ice crystals from being frozen still. They're either not thawing food properly or not cooking it properly or both.

Went through the drive through to get 2 of the turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich, first time ordering food and I selected it from the menu that’s out there. It’s a sandwich shown on the menu with an English muffin/bun.

I got a really terribly presented, burnt tortilla wraps shoved into one tiny paper baggy lol.

Absolute worst Dunkin. First, they forgot my coffee which I had to ask for. Once, I got home with my food I noticed the chicken wrap was missing.. It took over 10 minutes in drive thru to get the food, which was cold by the time we ate. Zero star for customer service and Zero 🌟 for food quality. Never going back to this one. Should've gone to the one on Virginia Pkwy ( they can't toast Croissant properly but at least they get the order right).

I guess because they were about to close they didn't even use the right creamer. They use creamer packets and sugar packets and then I did an online order. My drink wasn't ready when I got there

Amazing customer service!
We stopped by hoping to grab a few of our usual favorites, but they were out of what we wanted. The team was so kind and accommodating—they quickly offered a thoughtful solution and made sure we didn’t leave disappointed.

The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food we got was fresh and delicious. It’s not every day you see that level of care, and it really made our visit memorable.
