My grocery shopping was a pain without my little sweet treat made by Jazmine or Keymar. I don't understand why you'd shutdown such a great location and get rid of such hardworking, incredible, wonderful, charismatic employees. I was always greeted with a wonderful attitude and the drinks were always consistently good unlike the other location around here. BRING BACK OUR AMAZING BARISTAS!!!!!!!

Let me just say — if you ever need a pick-me-up (both caffeinated and emotional), the Dunkin’ inside Walmart is the place to be. Jaz, Elle, Patty, Keymar, and Dani are basically the Avengers of customer service. Friendly? Always. Helpful? Like your favorite aunt who knows exactly what you want before you do. Their drink recommendation game? Chef’s kiss — I now trust them more than I trust myself.
They manage to serve a steady stream of caffeine-deprived customers with a smile and patience, and somehow still remember who likes extra caramel and who wants no ice. Honestly, they deserve medals... or at least a lifetime supply of donuts.
Now — on to the newest recruit. She was wearing a hoodie and giving off serious “I’d rather be anywhere else” vibes. If eye rolls were a sport, she’d be headed to the Olympics. I get it — everyone has off days, but a little more pep and a little less attitude would go a long way when someone’s just asking about a drink. Especially when the rest of the crew is setting the bar so high they need a ladder to reach it.
Still, I’m a loyal customer because of the amazing OG team. Dunkin’ is lucky to have them, and I’ll keep coming back as long as they’re running the show (and recommending me new drinks).

Went through drive thru which had a glitchy screen. Said we ordered stuff on top of what the people in front of us ordered. So we brought this to the lady’s attention who was taking our order and she was INCREDIBLY rude with attitude of a moody teenager as a GROWN woman, instead of simply mentioning that the screen is glitching. The food and drinks were also nasty, wish I never tried Dunkin. At least the young boy at the window was sweet.
