I love dunkin’s bagels, but they never put enough cream cheese. I had one bagel one time at a different dd that had too much cc, but this place barely puts any. The bagel I js got barely had any cc. I had a bite w no cc on it at all. Please at least cover the whole bagel. A bagel with barely any cc is not worth that much money. I was craving it so bad too.

Snack Bacon? Nope. Limp, soggy, half done bacon. Almost white. Service was horrible and everybody in the window, nobody knew why the bacon looked like that. Smh. This not the 1st time at this location the food looks they way it does. Do better. Will drive to Walmart location goin forward

I go to this Dunkin all the time. Not sure what the issue was today, but everyone had attitudes “including the manger”.. I believe her name maybe Ann. I placed an order on the app and paid for it. They said they never received it. I showed them the confirmation in the app and everyone still had attitudes about making it. Then once I did get my drink it wasn’t made correctly. I told the guy that was helping me that. He just said “oh sorry” and went on making other things.

I came to pick an order. While she was packing I very politely asked her that she has put the straw in the bag. On this she replied me so rudely. It was really very insulting and inappropriate. Hope you train your employees to talk in a professional way with the customers

the $6 breakfast deal is delish and a perfect portion
Walked in and stood there for about a good 3-5 minutes girl at the front was too busy chatting away with her bf to even greet us. We looked at the donuts in the display and there were small flies on them. Told her and she was so nonchalant about it like it was nothing. Never going back here again and do not recommend! They should be reported!

Visited to get a coffee and a couple donuts. Noticed bugs crawling on chocolate s'mores donut and told the customer rep and she made my coffee and left the whole tray there to sell to the next customer. Do not plan on going there again!
