I visit this location often. Sometimes the employee at the drive through speaker is a little nonchalant. However, the customer service at the window is always exceptional! Today I got the Cookie Butter Latte (wasn’t sweet enough for me) & the Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. I think they forgot to grill the grilled cheese. Lol. Overall, I’d recommend this location since it’s decent.

I’m a regular customer and the folks working here are very nice. The service is good even though they get busy and some patience is required . The usually get my order right too. When I’ve had an issue they weee quick to make it right. Today, Emily was great. I couldn’t get the app to work and even my phone wouldn’t work right. Emily was kind to give me a break on my order. I remain a loyal customer! 🤩

It all depends on what time of the day it is, if my order will be correct. In the pm i dont get any flavor in the iced coffees i order even tho i ask for extra.. in the afternoons its ok, we go in instead of using the drive theu incase we have an issue we can correct it Dale the manager did make my drink correctly when i came back. He was very nice and professional.

Management, this stores need more employees. Nice clean store but it took us 15 minutes to get out two Iced Coffee’s. I paid at 4:27 and received my order at 4:41pm. Two young ladies were taking care of the drive thru first.

Went through the drive-thru & definitely will not be coming back to this location. Customer service pro tip: Don’t ask “Is that all?” after every item someone orders, with an increasingly shitty attitude. Just because I didn’t order 2 things, doesn’t mean your service quality should go down. Also, the food in the bag was soggy and smushed. Part of my order wasn’t even included, but I don’t even feel it’s worth driving a mile down the road to go back and fix it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff seemed quite careless. I waited for 25 minutes without receiving my order. When I inquired, they apologized and admitted they had missed it, promising to remake it. However, when the order finally arrived, it was still incomplete. After pointing this out again, they provided the missing items. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. My visit was on May 24th, 2025, around 11:30 AM.
