Tried the croissant, egg and cheese sandwich which had a very strange and strong plastic type smell and taste. The texture of the egg was off too. Doesnt seem like there are any quality checks in place.
Had to throw away and will not be going to this location again...

My son and I go here every Monday for beginning of the week treat. This location is always nice and helpful. I always get a different drink, and my son loves the sprinkled donuts. Thank you for being consistant, and kind.

Only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the weekend staff is great. I just moved to the area and this is my 3rd time coming to this location. I always ask for oat milk and today I was given a coffee that did not indicate oatmilk on the ticket so I nicely went into the store to ask if oatmilk was used and the girl at the front counter paused, rolled her eyes and said yes it is. I then asked why is it on the sticker and she looked at me with no response and mumbled something under her breath. Extremely unprofessional! As someone with a dairy allergy, when a order is placed and I’m seeking clarity to make sure I don’t have an allergic reaction and staff are rude and unprofessional, it really shows they need a new job. This experience made me realize why I’ve always gone with other coffee shops (competitors)

Short african-American woman had rude voice talking to me over the speaker box and was rushing me. Very disrespectful and looked miserable. It felt like i was disturbing her day. 5th time coming here and if you come past 12pm It’s no good.
The staff were so nice and helpful! I wasn't rushed out like most places but asked about my day and greeted with smiles! Feels good to see some once in a while .

I have never been a huge fan of Dunkin but ever since the chicken roasted pepper wraps came out, they have become my staple breakfast item. But more than the wraps, this location in particular has the sweetest, most kind Dunkin staff I’ve ever encountered. They work extremely hard through the busy parts of the morning while also making sure their customers are satisfied with each order. It is rare to go to a Dunkin (in my experience) and have a staff as kind as this one. They’re always incredible!! Definitely would recommend coming to this location if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere!
