Disappointing location service and food! Purchased the $6 deal this morning and immediately tried the hash browns which were oily, soggy and tasted like they were sitting for a while. The croissant was your average, along with the butter pecan iced coffee. The service was poor from the person that took the order in the drive thru to the person at the window. We waited about 2 minutes for our order at the window, you would expect hot and fresh hashbrowns for that wait. Don’t recommend this location.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and they go out of their way to make helpful recommendations. Whether it’s trying a new drink or breakfast item, they’re always on point.
The donuts are always fresh, and the breakfast combos are hot and satisfying every single time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The service is quick, even during busy hours, and the team keeps things moving with a positive attitude.
It’s rare to find a place that combines great food with genuinely great service — but this Dunkin’ does exactly that. Highly recommend!

We visited about 11am on a Saturday. The location had a good crowd, but counter service was inconsistent. We received our food, but had to ask for our regular coffees to be made. There was confusion behind the counter. Our food was good, and the coffee ☕️ was too. If I'm in the area again, I will give them another try.

Tried the croissant, egg and cheese sandwich which had a very strange and strong plastic type smell and taste. The texture of the egg was off too. Doesnt seem like there are any quality checks in place.
Had to throw away and will not be going to this location again...

Only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the weekend staff is great. I just moved to the area and this is my 3rd time coming to this location. I always ask for oat milk and today I was given a coffee that did not indicate oatmilk on the ticket so I nicely went into the store to ask if oatmilk was used and the girl at the front counter paused, rolled her eyes and said yes it is. I then asked why is it on the sticker and she looked at me with no response and mumbled something under her breath. Extremely unprofessional! As someone with a dairy allergy, when a order is placed and I’m seeking clarity to make sure I don’t have an allergic reaction and staff are rude and unprofessional, it really shows they need a new job. This experience made me realize why I’ve always gone with other coffee shops (competitors)
