I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff at this Dutch Bros was! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain my drink options, including which milk would be the best for a sugar-free choice. Their recommendation was super helpful, and I absolutely loved my sugar-free Golden Eagle! Great service, great drinks, I highly recommend stopping by!
I tried the hazelnut mocha coffe. I couldn't taste any hazelnut flavor, was just overly sweet. Not worth $6.50 for a small cup

I'm a slave to the Siren (iykyk), but I'm a Dutch Bros loyalist till I DIE. This team is always attentive and chipper in drive thru and walk up regardless of how busy they are.
Today, I made the mistake of ordering at a different location an hour away from me, and both baristas were incredibly chill and gracious and remade it for me without a second thought.
Please, please, PLEASE tip your baristas!! Coffee season is BRUTAL.

My drink is terrible at this location every single time I don't know what it is but I literally had to stop coming and I love management here they're very nice. There's several girls here that work in the morning that are very rude and if you tell them something's wrong with your drink they give you an extra s***** look while they have to go fix it honestly I don't even know why. I worked in customer service for many years and I never look at people like with utter disdain just for complaining especially when the price of drinks are $7. When I order my drink everywhere else it comes out fine here it's got too much milk and the flavor is not there and it's super bitter

Love this Dutch Bros!!! Always so friendly, quick, easy and customer service is fantastic! I always love coming to this location because they get to know their customers on a personal level. I will drive out of my way just to come to this location. Love the workers, the atmosphere and the vibes here! If anyone is looking for a new coffee shop, Dutch Bros is the place to be, especially Dutch Bros off of Custer!!!

Like other's grievances, the outer lane in the drive thru takes longer then the inside lane, because they don't seam to realize that more cars can fit in the outer curvature then can in the inner. They use a "zig zag system" that does not work. I pulled up to the window and got my single drink 10 mins after the truck that pulled in before me because of them shifting in the inner lane before the longer waiting people in the outer.
