Takes FOREVER to get a drink. I’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes. The chick taking the orders didn’t take them in order either and someone got to cut in line when 5 people got here before them.
Been here 5 times and each time my drink is either wrong, or made incorrectly.

Just got back from this location, and I usually don't write reviews, but this deserves one. I pulled in because I wanted an Ice Water, not thinking too much about the long line. I don't mind waiting at all, so I was fine.
A very nice guy comes up to take my order, though I wish I got his name so I could shout him out. I told him I just wanted a water, and he was going to have me pull around and go to the walk-up, but there was someone in front of me so I couldn't go around. (I was in the outer lane, there is no bypass lane at this location.) I said it was totally fine and I didn't mind waiting, and he said he felt bad so he offered me a free drink. I can't have much caffeine, and I had already slammed an espresso right before, so I panicked and said strawberry lemonade. He was nice enough to give me a medium SL and a large water on the house! I only had a few dollar bills, so I tipped what I had.
He was super cool and super friendly! Thanks for the drinks and kind service, I will be stuck in my dutchbros addiction a little longer thanks to him. Give this man a raise, he deserves it 100%. 🫡

I am addicted! I pre order online about 14 mins before arriving at 7:45, coffee is always ready and waiting! I love the staff, they all know my car and call me by name. My only wish was they had one in Anna. I will continue to drive out of my way just to grab a delicious Hopscotch Protein Coffee it makes my day!

My order cost 7.77 and unluckily broke the espresso machine momentarily but Jaelynn and Ethan were awesome. Got me both on the app getting the rewards and still leaving with my drink and a smile. Also had very good vibes in the coffee shack, never before had I suddenly wanted to work inside a Dutch bros in that moment.

What is going on at this location? You go to the drive-through you’re waiting forever, Go to the window. You’re waiting forever. You place an order on the mobile app and you’re still waiting forever. Who are training these people? This is crazy! Why in the world during the week which you have only two people working this location is 7 o’clock in the morning and why is there an option to pick your Mobile order up through the drive-through if you just have to wait like you just placing an order like I don’t understand what’s the purpose of the second lane why hasn’t anybody came up with the right idea to make the second lane the mobile order pick up line it will make things way more efficiently I am just at a loss for words why this location sucks the way it does. And there’s absolutely no care or accountability for the lack of service with the people who work here. I’m just at a loss of words I would rather just drive to the Custer location to get my order then come to this location another day in my life.

I love Dutch but this location needs to get it together! Especially their morning crew! The service is SLOW and today there were two workers I sat at the window for six minutes and watched them talk and wipe the same spot of counter before making a 20 second drink. This isn’t even the first time, but it’s definitely the last!
