I’m giving a 2 for the decor & atmosphere solely.
Food wise, I couldn’t even finish the food. There was soo much oil, lacked flavor, & just didn’t taste right.
The bread with oil/butter even lacked luster. When I spoke with other friends that have tried here, their experience was the same.

Will not be coming back.

Ordered paneer chatpat sandwich - worst sandwich ever 3 bread slices, Raw paneer, and a slice of tomato no sauce or cheese. I had one bite and had to throw away the rest of it. Waste of money, time.

I used to love this place when they first opened in Jersey City and was excited when they came to Dallas. I even visited during their soft launch and had a good experience.

Today, I ordered through DoorDash because they had a Buy One Get One Free offer — but the food was terrible. The bread was bitter, the Egg Paplet had no cheese or boiled eggs, and the Surti Gotala had just one fried egg with bland gravy.

Really disappointed. This is not the quality I expected from a place I once enjoyed. Sadly, I won’t be ordering or visiting again. It's better to shut down than to ruin your own reputation.

I’ve always loved Eggmania in Jersey, so I was really looking forward to trying the Dallas location. But the experience was really disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh at all — the eggs had a weird smell, and the dishes just didn’t taste right. It felt like they weren’t using good quality ingredients, and it completely ruined the meal.

On top of that, there were only two people working in the whole restaurant on a weekend. The service was super slow, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. It was frustrating to wait so long for food that wasn’t even good. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The first thing that hit me was the weird smell. Kids wanted to run out right then but I promised I’d be quick.

The menu was a crumpled piece of paper. The salt shaker was greasy. I was charged extra for refusing extra butter on my paneer roll, which was surprisingly tasty. When I pointed out the charge, the server seemed embarrassed and refunded $1 in cash.

The menu said the roll would be accompanied with chips but I didn’t get any. I didn’t notice it then as I was trying to have a super quick bite before my Target run. The neighboring Honest restaurant was closed else I wouldn’t have stepped here. But despite the weird service experience, I’ll give this place another try.

Oh, the TV was blaring at a very high volume. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant. I grabbed the remote and turned down the volume after waiting for the staff to show up or my kids would have left for Target on foot!

They really need to do better on the ambience plus wipe the tables/condiment containers really well. And make the place smell inviting.

I’m not gone say anything about the food part but what you put up on the website please make sure cuz I drove 5 hr just to come here & it was close WHEN I CHECKED IT SAYS IT WAS OPEN ON MONDAY FROM 12:00 TO 10:00 BUT WHEN I When the door was closed and they have posted on their door, the time schedule and the time schedule says they’re never closed. They’re open on Monday from 12 to 10. This is so ridiculous The owner needs to step up their game with the website and online stuffing because he’s losing more business. There was multiple people outside, waiting for their to open to find out it was closed, even though we was trying to look at this time schedules and it clearly say it was open, but the door was closed so bad marketing. I would just drive a little further and go to Houston then come here. This is ridiculous. If you guys was close on Monday, why don’t y’all post it on this schedule that you guys have it outside and on the website before I came in in the morning I double check to make sure you guys are gonna be open today and which is showed on Google that you guys are open from 12 to 10 but come to find out after driving five hours that you guys was closed . Such a bad marketing skills. You’re losing more than $500 today cause there was more customers that you lost today and I would never come back to it and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Worst of all egg manias, I tried Chicago and New Jersey both places.

I ordered two egg pulavs specifically put mild.

It’s only spice and rice and hardly one egg.
I would make a better recipe at home. Sorry to be harsh but Chef cannot be this cheap and be ignorant of customers requests. Very bad food experience

Highly recommend Eggmania! They have so many Indian menu items to pick from for the entire family. I particularly really like the Boil Fry and sandwich options like the Veg Peri Peri and Egg Peri Peri. Great drink options too and friendly staff!

Food taste is not consistent in Mckinney location. I have tried in NJ this chain so much better but this one is not doing good due to having consistent taste.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant via Uber Eats but mistakenly canceled it. While Uber Eats offered no assistance, Parth from the restaurant immediately reached out to resolve the issue. His prompt and understanding service was truly appreciated. Beyond the great service, the food here has always impressed me—excellent portion sizes, quality ingredients, and just the right spice level. This isn’t my first time ordering from here, but it was my first time encountering an issue, and their dedication to customer care compelled me to leave this review. Highly recommend this place for both its food and customer service!
