Every time I visit, the place is quite busy and my orders often end up mixed up. The staff isn’t very friendly, and even after trying the coffee three different times, I still feel it doesn’t quite match the price.

Awesome coffee shop. New owner is friendly and extremely passionate about coffee. One of few coffee stops in town that offer specialty coffee, so a great place for a friend to grab a flavored latte while you sip on specialty pour over. Interior was recently renovated so they now have dope concrete countertops and tons of seating. Highly recommend visiting!

Filtered Coffee is an easy favorite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the coffee options are delicious, and the staff is always friendly. A great spot to relax and enjoy something genuinely good.

Love coming to this shop, we stop by most weekends and sometimes come in during the week to work. There are ample outlets near the tables and the wifi works great. There is even a room in the back with two large tables to sit at. Get the Orange Sweater if you go, its delish!

I LOVE a place that properly does their cortado. I got the house espresso which is a more chocolate flavor. Very smoothe. Came with the little cup of sparkling water to cleanse your pallet. The workers were all so so nice too. I loved it. I love some kind souls and some good coffee.

Filtered is undoubtedly my top choice for a coffee shop in McKinney (and since we reside in Plano, the drive is totally worthwhile).

I used to love this coffee shop. As someone that grew up in McKinney I had fond memories here, studying and meeting people. I loved that it had a quirky artistic vibe that matched downtown McKinney. Recently it seems like new ownership took over and made the whole place bland and characterless. They went from funky and cool to millennial being/grey. A tragedy to a place that once added the character that makes downtown McKinney great. Drinks are ok
