I hardly ever leave a bad review, and I really like First Watch. Ordered take out that should have been ready @ 11:38. Got there at 11:50 and was told the system had been down so it will be 5 to 10 min before food would be ready. Waiting addtional 15 more min then finally it was ready. I order the Chickichanda. The food was not warm or hot, potatoes was cooked hard and salty and no fruit with my meal that I paid for. It seemed rushed and just thrown together. Do better First Watch. I understand things are out of your control but preparation and service shouldn't be one of them.

Online ordering is misleading I have ordered multiple times with pick up times of 9:20 a.m and food is ready 20 min later. And you politely ask about your and they get irritated as if it's your fault. Over promise undeliver. I found a place up the street morning bliss will give them a try.
