Nothing special. The burger had absolutely no seasoning at all. A little salt can really help the meat taste good. Not worth $11 for a tasteless burger.

Everytime I come to do a delivery order here they don't start making it till I show up and it wastes my time and can cause me to lose other orders. It should be ready when I arrive not getting started when they hear the name for the order. There's never anyone here why am I waiting. Milkshake is more like milk.

First time back in months and it hasn’t gotten any better. It is obvious that the food preparers don’t really care as they slap together a mess between two bums. Taste was good, but I had to take my burger apart and re-build it so that my few toppings were spread across the burger and not slopped on one side and falling off. Also, I’m sick of being asked for a tip when I pay at the register. I walk up to order my meal and I pick it up when it’s ready. Why the heck should I tip a cashier and food preparers before I get any food. I don’t tip food preparers anyway. Tips are for servers who do a good job of making my dining experience good. Nobody here did anything warranting a tip, so don’t ask for one! Will go somewhere else the next time I want a burger.

Was in 5guys about 30 mins ago on UNIVERSITY/380 as I walked in the restaurant the Black guy the greeter if you will did not say a word to me but the white msn right behind me he said welcome to 5 guys so with that being said some of his family or friends came in while my order was being prepared he took there order chatted with them a bit while chatting he runs his fingers through his fake hair and goes right over to continue my burgers did not change his now DIRTY gloves bagging them up for me I politely asked him to remake them I did not want them first order. DISGUSTING is all I can say so people please watch what or who fix your food if you anyway can you might be sitting yourself up to get sick especially at 5 guys.

Burger was good, however prices have gotten so high that fries have been dropped from the meal. A regular burger with tax over$10. I don't see a long bright future for the guys.
