Noticed a piece of hair in my co workers burrito, she went to show the lady & responded with ā what do you want me to do about itā as she smiled and laughedā¦ no apology nothing. No receipt showing sheās receiving a refund after asking she responded with āthatās all I can give you, donāt you know it takes 3-5 business days to get a refundā. I didnāt even get to enjoy my food after seeing that hair I was too busy making sure my food didnāt have hair, I just decided to throw it away & just leave. No cook was wearing a hair net as mandatory per TFER.

There are bugs everywhere. Little bugs all over the counter (counted 6 or 7 before my husband made me stop). I had a giant one on my leg bc I was leaning on the counter. Then my husband had a big one on his MARGARITA
