Thank you for being apparently the only fast food chain that doesn’t sell gross chicken. I was literally scared placing an order because of my experience with other fast food places with chicken that tasted and smelled rotten but golden chick did not disappoint and gave me every item i ordered which is also rare these days. This place serves the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen.... I could get full on your 4 tenders meal at one time, but not now. It's a joke and not enough chicken for a toddler! When I got my order home, I realized no gravy! FIX YOUR STORE PROBLEMS!!

Worst golden chick I’ve ever been to. Got food on the way home from work when I arrived not only was there macaroni instead of mashed potatoes. The chicken was regular not spicy like I asked. They slopped gravy in the container which was all over the bag. Messy as possible. I’ve been to several locations and this is the only one I’ve had this experience with.

the gravy was just loose in a slot and it leaked everywhere - made all my food soggy, got all over the bag, and some even in my car.

We’ve eaten here many times. This time was terrible. I had chicken tenders and okra. Both of these were lukewarm. The okra was dry and hard. The tenders were very chewy. It appears these had been prepared for several hours before serving. My husband’s chicken was also not freshly cooked.

I always get the 24-piece Wicked Wings for $19.99 and have picked up the exact same order at that price from other Golden Chick locations. But here, they tried to charge me $29. I showed the app and explained it, but the manager said, “It’s a different location, we can’t do anything.” Same brand, same order—shouldn’t the price be the same too?

Ordered a 4 tender meal. I received 4 hard, chewy nuggets. And the scoop of loose gravy is crazy work. That ish is all over the bag, my car, my clothes. I paid $11 to eat fries and bread for lunch and a huge mess to clean up. 1 Star but with a bonus star because the drive thru employees were nice.
Scammed me out of my $. They charged me 3 times for one meal 2 days in a row. Dont trust this place with your credit card information. I tried contacting the manager and of course I got no response from him or corporate

Google shows they’re open until 10 PM, but we pulled up at 9 PM, and all the doors were locked 🔒😤. If you’re going to close early, at least update your Google hours 📲 or stay open like advertised. Totally frustrating and a waste of time! 👎

Dined in with my husband a few days ago and we ordered a kids meal and a strip combo with a couple of extra sides. The cashier was nice while taking our order and our food came out quickly. However my fried okra was cold once I received it. My husband told the cashier and she remade it no problem. While the okra was cooking we decided the eat our chicken. The chicken was cold to the touch. I was a tad frustrated but things happen so then I politely let the cashier know and she apologized. She then made us some fresh strips and even brought it to our table. She never gave us attitude and even offered to let us keep the cold food. We did not. All this being said I would definitely return but would request the food made fresh when placing my order.

Lady at front was very welcoming service was fast . Front entrance has a deslikful smell like pee Maybe it needs a good clean other than that location is clean .
Parking: Not much parking in a busy day but that means they are busy .
