went to this location And ordered the dirty rice And the rice was awful. It was complete mush and brown and looked like dog food. I didn’t see a rice grain in sight It was complete mush!!

This is the worst golden chick I have ever been to in my life. The food is never hot or freshly fried. The chicken tenders tasted like they were fried two weeks ago and refried 1 hour before I orders my food. The people who work there can’t even pretend like they want to deliver an ounce of customer service while they have to be be at work. Whoever owns and manages this particular location should be shut down . I will always make the drive to go down to the one on Lake Forest.

Visited once when they first opened. It was horrible back then in all aspects. Kids pleading to try again. Well, not much has changed. Indifferent service, overpriced menu, filthy restrooms. Will never come back.

Ive seen so many of these Golden Chick here in texas, thought I would try it, this place is not for me. The chicken seemed like it was made hours ago, it was wet outside and dry inside, the wings have so much crusty batter you barley get any meat, the sides are pre-made and reheated??? No to coming back.
Although the drive thru guy was extremely polite, this was a subpar visit again. I got the roast chicken combo and was appalled at the teeny-tiny pieces of chicken. What did they cook a Cornish Game Hen ?? For over $12 this is very disappointing. I have had this issue before with this location. Portion sizes in general here are skimpy. I think I will just continue to go to the Lake Forest location instead. Not worth it here.
