Picked up an 8-piece dinner tonight with 2 sides. Ordered 6 pieces fried and 2 pieces roasted. Sides were mashed potatoes and cream gravy, and green beans. Rolls. The food was NOT greasy and salty like at other chicken chains. Everything was properly seasoned. All food was still hot when we got home and sat down to eat. Customer service in the drive-thru was accurate and fast. Thanks to everyone who worked tonight, 7/18/2025. You're doing a GREAT job!

Owner: I'm unable to submit the comment card on company website as request. It gives me a Javascript error.

Costs are going up, but chicken strips are getting smaller. Dr. Pepper tastes a little funny. The drive through speaker needs to be replaced. I think it's still cheaper than Chicken Express so I keep going back.

I came here at 9:56 tonight and still got the best service I've ever had at any fast food resturant. Angel in the drive through was so polite and helpful. I used to by manager at a Popeyes a lomg time ago and I know how hard it is to keep the staff positive when you have a lomg line at closing time angel should be promoted to store manager with that attitude. Thank you for the great service and great food!
