Outstanding service. Yummy donuts and kolaches. Apple fritters are the score board for me...and theirs are delicious, crispy on the outside, golden, and soft/chewy on the inside. And theirs kolache isn't just in a regular croissant, it's lightly wrapped in croissant dough so it's a little different from the traditional and it's awesome. Their prices are fair too and they take credit cards. I can grab my dunkin coffee and run in here for my doughnuts. Love it.

Happy Donuts are the Best in McKinney. And if you are an early bird (5:30-6:00am) or lucky enough to be there when the glaze donuts have just been made…you better order more of them. They melt in your mouth like freshly made Cotton Candy and 10 times better than KK. Also, you can still eat them next day…sure, they’re not as fresh but not hard as a rock either. The speciality donuts for Easter, 4th of July, etc. are not only pretty but totally edible…prefect to give that special person in the morning to brighten their day.

Side note: My wife and me were enjoying the donuts outside at the coffee shop next door and observed a handicapped, elderly man walking out of Happy Donuts. The kind lady (owner?) working behind the donut bar rushed out to assist the gentleman into his vehicle. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but that act of kindness resonates with me.

Very very good!! 6 of us came in hungry and left excited to try all of the fresh & delicious items we bought. EVERYTHING was fresh, and served with a smile. The shop is very clean & pretty too.
Consistently excellent. Overall delicious. Glazed donuts perfect. Donut holes are bigger than normal. Very Clean. Colorful kids selection too. Impressively peaceful place.
Kid-friendliness: The donut design are creative and seasonly entertaining. Staff is patient to let your child choose their favorite one. Cold beverage selection is kid friendly. Small area to have a seat while you eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open dining area. Parking is directly in front.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Both ladies at the front were rude, rushed you from the moment you walked in the door, and food is not worth the bad customer service. I can assure you any other donut shop in McKinney has better food with kind and friendly customer service.
