I understand the to-go concept: same packaging saves boxes, time/inconvenience to get a box After, if needed, but the delay time to serve and pre-wrapped for a dine-in seems smaller and Less Fresh than the Other Hat Creek in Allen that came out fresh and ready-to-eat and bit wasteful if not Taking any to-go. The pre-packeged sauces saves on waste and was convenient to grab one of each for sure. The double bacon cheeseburger w/ minimal jalapeños was still tasty and since I was mainly meeting a friend in the afternoon on a weekday for a quick bite, it was not too much of a negative, just seemed impersonal. Food was good, if a bit smashed in the packaging, may choose First Watch or Taco Ocho if meeting the area again, though.

We love Hat Creek! Both this one and the Allen location. Kids play outside. Great burgers and burger alternatives. Kids love the food. Cheap beer 😎 watch out if it’s windy though, which it typically is in North TX 😂

Excellent variety of options, nice atmosphere and friendly customer service. The hot honey sauced chicken nuggets were delicious, love that fried chicken is gluten free in a safe frier. The dipping sauces were ok, but all tasted like similar versions of each other and weren't super flavorful with the fries or chicken and could probably use more spices. Fries were very fresh and crispy

My family loves Hat Creek!! Their burgers are some of the best! My kids favorite place to go for food and the playground. We had my daughter’s birthday here. I wish they’d build one in Princeton, TX.
They make fantastic burgers, but they are really overpriced. And you really have to watch your order. 3/4 of my visits they get it wrong. And that’s irritating when you paid over $50 for burgers for 3. Only to get home and see stuff is missing or wrong.

This place charges $1.29 for a slice of cheese while chick-fil-A only charges 0.30 cents. Cheese must be made of gold. Sorry but this is insane. Stop price gouging!!

Paleo bowl was super mid for the amount of food, this place doesnt have adequate A/C and some of their patio fans are broken. Also they don't have an intercom or an adequate system for delivering orders - associates just walk around various areas saying names not loud enough.
