This is our family's normal location for a decent turkey burger. However this past weekend we received a horrid experience with our to-go order having live bugs in the bag with the food.
When I returned the food for refund, the manager on-duty offered to remake and refund but I declined the remake wanting only the refund. We have yet to receive our refund from Hat Creek.

We LOVE Hat Creek! It’s such a great spot for an easy dinner with the kiddos! They can run around and play while you eat/sit/watch or I’ve even come to work here while my little rugrats run around. The food is always good quality and I love the fries here. For those people who love Coke… this is a Coke and not a Pepsi restaurant which makes me happy!

Room needs acoustic treatment. Concrete floors and solid ceilings make it hard to enjoy a chill lunch with family when you have to almost yell to hear people at your table.

My boys and I enjoy this place, especially as my youngest has Celiac Disease. There are so few places that offer gluten free options. However Hat Creek charges an extra $2.99 for the gluten-free buns. I feel that restaurants should not charge extra for GF item's, its not usually a choice to get Gluten-free. However their food is always fresh and is brought out quickly. And of course the playground is always a winner.
