Only sending feedback so the management can revamp the meat/fish items they’re purchasing from their food vendor. . I’m so upset we spent over $70 on sub par food & we were really looking forward to supporting a black owned biz.
Catfish was fishy & looked more like store bought fried tilapia. I was looking forward to real catfish filets
Wings looked & tasted like breaded Walmart wings from the deli..not as advertised on their food truck.
Greens & yams & mac & cheese tasted like the only items that were freshly made so they were decent.
My husband & other people felt the exact same so please take this as feedback for improvement instead of a critique..

This lady just sold my wife 4 party wings for $10 damn dollars!!!!! And they were under cooked.
From what I understand the basket wing dinner is $13, that’s 4 wings and fries. Why would I pay that when I can get 8wings and fries from wingstop for the same price. Price gouging is insane.
This is utterly ridiculous and I personally would never patronize this business.
They came to our community event today and OMG, so freaking good. Every single thing we ordered was delicious! We got the oxtail plate with yams, rice and cornbread, kids chicken tenders and fries, kids wings and fries, and bbq baked chicken with rice and fries. Best food truck experience! We waited a lot longer than they said, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Food truck in front of my apts. I was a little skeptical but tired of the food in my area. I am SO GLAD I tried it because honey it was good to me! Not only was the food good, so was the customer service. If I wasn’t so full I would by another plate lol I will definitely be trying everything on the menu. And they give a nice size portion for the price, well worth it.
