Heian handroll sushi bar is a top choice for a fancy night out with very high-quality, delicious food. The Yellow Tail is a recommended option. Despite some delays in getting served, the handrolls were tasty and worth the wait. The sushi chef and staff are friendly and attentive, serving fresh and excellent dishes like uni and yuzu truffle scallop. The quality of the salmon and tuna is outstanding, with the regular salmon automatically being salmon belly and the tuna being bluefin tuna. Overall, a great place for fresh sushi and great service.
